I recently bought a Halo 5 Pre-order card from Walmart. When I went to redeem it online at zrewards.com, it told me that the pre-order period for Halo 5 has ended and to email them the pin number. They have not answered any of my emails and I was wondering if anyone knew anything I could do to get my game.
This would be better suited for the support section of the forum. And honestly this is something you need to take up with Walmart. 343 or Microsoft can’t help you with codes from Walmart.
Probably because “pre-order” means before the games launch? Not nearly a month after launch…
