Zoom/Smart Link not working in PC version

Hey guys,

I’ve searched around and I can’t find a way to fix this. I can’t get smart link/zoom to work when playing in Halo 5: Forge PC. If I remap the zoom button to another task, ie jump, then the action works. No matter what button I use I can’t zoom. I have tried uninstalling but that didn’t solve anything.

Try resetting all your mappings to the default. That option is found if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the “on foot” button mapping menu, beneath the machinima controls. I had the same problem as you and this fixed it for me. I was then able to remap my smartlink/zoom button to what I was trying to do when it broke.

What about for console, because i have this problem quite often and its bugging the hell out of me that i cant find a literally anywhere, its like im the only that has this problem.

I’m also having this problem on Halo 5: Forge. I reset my keyboard mappings, but smartlink / zoom doesn’t work.
