So from what I’ve seen is that 343 still hasn’t fixed the Zeta Sky coatings. I was hoping that this issue would have been rectified in the store update. I’m sorry to repeat a topic, but this is making me angry.
In case anyone doesn’t know, Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, and GameStop offered a pre-order bonus with the Halo Infinite Campaign. In this bundle is the Zeta Sky armor coating for Mk 7, A Chosen nameplate, and a Zeta Sky weapon coating that worked for a different weapon per-store. Walmart has sidekick, Gamestop has AR, Amazon has Commando, and Best Buy has the BR.
However, my Girlfriend had her code from Gamestop and she didn’t get the armor, nameplate, nor AR skin. instead she just got a sidekick skin, even though her redemption history says she claimed the AR skin. On top of this, Walmart never recieved their codes from Microsoft. So everyone who pre-ordered from Walmart never for their codes. I scoured the forums and reddit and found out that the codes didn’t work as intended for many people, and then the walmart issue adds salt to the wound. And support has been no help.
So, since we’re left with no fixes, I’ll offer a solution for waiting over a month for people to get their items.
Either
A. Look up everyone who already has a Zeta Sky coating of any kind owned in their inventory/redemption history, and give them all the other coatings, armor, and nameplate. (This would leave the walmart people out still, unless they can provide a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible)
or
B. Give all players a deadline to log-in and claim the entire Zeta Sky set just like the 1st week anniversary visor.
THANK GOD SOMEONE HAS HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE. Almost two months in and I still have only received one of the two Zeta Sky Preorder bonuses I should have gotten for preordering two copies of the game at best buy. Not only did their customer service refuse to help me, but they told me I had to “buy” another code for it. The code we did receive was used by my Dad. I even have images to prove that we only were sent one.
Great, so Zeta Sky and WCT Coatings are still wrong and missing. Maaayyybe by Season 2 they will get fixed. Someone should keep a list of what’s still missing in game from promos. I recall a while back someone saying one of the Monster Energy promos is still missing something, and someone else saying that the Cherry Warthog emblem is still missing.
I’m frequent on these forums and I always bring it up when I can. Until they acknowledge it keep sending Waypoint support tickets.
That I did not hear, but wow. And there hasn’t been any acknowledgment. Keep sending support tickets I guess.
I found something out. If you order another copy from Best Buy, you still get the Zeta Sky Pre-order bonus!
Yeah, but that’s not really a fix.
