Zeta Sky not working?

Okay, so I’ve looked around a bit and I’ve noticed some people are having issues with the Zeta Sky skin. They redeem it and they don’t get what they were promised and the waypoint history doesn’t log it correctly.

For example my GF redeemed the code she got with her Series X and she didn’t get the armor nor nameplate. And the history tab says she got the AR coating. Except in-game she only has a sidekick skin.

Now before anyone says “You need to do a waypoint support ticket” Yes. Alot of us did. And we got the same automated messages. My code from Amazon worked as it should, but after the issue with my GF I started looking around and there are others that have the issue. But it isn’t as large as other problems of the game, but if you got a pre-order bonus you should be entitled to it.

Does anyone know why this issue would have happened in the first place? And if anyone else has issues with Zeta Sky keep sending the waypoint tickets and keep talking about it. I want to see how many people are dealing with this. It is a cross-retailer issue which tells me its on 343’s end and they are currently on break and aren’t saying much about any issues right now. Considering this deals with money it makes me more worried over alot of other stuff.

Search ‘zeta sky’ on here. There are a few threads on here on the subject. There may be an answer to your question in one of those.

I search that and pre-order bonuses. Alot of people are having that exact issue. I’m just trying to see how big of an issue we have since each thread seems small. We can’t do anything else except send in support tickets and group up for now.

Its cool. I’m just trying to show that this isn’t an isolated thing. Pattern seems to be:
Get code from retailer (Gamestop seems to be biggest but I have seen best buy and Amazon do this.)
Redeem code
Code history says “MA40 Coating”
People only have a sidekick skin (supposed to be the walmart exclusive)
I was saving my code in case nothing got solved on my GF’s end but I got so paranoid I redeemed mine and I got my commando, armor, nameplate, etc like I should have.

I also bought halo infinite regular edition from GameStop and redeemed code, on waypoint it says “zeta sky Assault rifle coating” in history

But in the game its showing up as the sidekick zeta sky skin only
