Got the pre-order bonus from gamestop for the coating and name plate. After entering the code on waypoint and redeeming it they never showed up. No weapon coating, armour coating, and no nameplate. After days of going back and forth with gamestop they can’t do anything since I’ve already redeemed it. Is there any way to get some help on this?

I know some people who are dealing with this issue too. I’m trying to look into how much of a problem this is.
What I see most often is that it will only unlock the sidekick skin even though their receipt says “AR” skin.
If a redeemed code is not working you’ll need to contact the dedicated halo support site - this is just a discussion forum, nothing more.
I’m assuming the account on waypoint you redeemed them on linked to the same account in the game that you’re checking. Sounds obvious, but people have made that mistake before.
