Dunno of it does, and thats why theres a setting called damage resistance.

sorry but infection needs bloom on the magnum, well, for matchmaking anyway.
for wacky custom gametypes i wouldn’t mind to see a ZB infection, could make some wacky gametypes even more wacky because of the added consistency.

Damage resistance would nullified by headshots still. If you make the zombies immune to that, well that’s not really infection then. Zombies have to die that way, it’s the classic way of killin em.
As such, i don’t really see ZB Infection being viable since the playlist itself is in shambles. Magnum would be overkill, get some good campers and the zombies won’t even touch you unless you are playing against Japanese players who pull mad host on you.
ZB Infection? God forbid should such a monstrosity ever come into existance. Infection is tough enough as a Zombie right now. ZB would make infection unplayable.

I was just wondering in a gametype that its already laughable to get kills in, (I mean on shot already with the pistol is enough to do it) why would you want ZB? I mean I could see if you was wanting it to be a little more competive but it seems like that is in the other direction.

It wouldn’t help too much for CQC, but at long ranges, a ZB Magnum in Infection would be a sniper rifle.
I don’t see this happening because ZB would be to easy to rack up multi kills. The bloom makes it more of a challenge.

Funny how everyone assumes its a magnum vs a 1shot zombie considering theres thousands if not millions of infection custom games.
Infection is one of the few places you want bloom.
The only way ZB infection would even function properly is if zombies had shields like in Halo 3.
