Right 343i,
I was really starting to enjoy Halo, loving every little bit, playing with my friends, killing hoards of Warden Eternals on Warzone and smashing Gold REQ packs like a pack of sweets! Now… Here’s the good part… My REQ pack luck has been pretty shocking however, finally I open two consecutive gold REQ packs, the first, alright, a nice gold-ish visor bringing a slight smile to my face… I equip it only to be given a message that states it was unable to sync taking my nice gold-ish visor straight from my hands! Annoyed, I scamper to the pack screen and open another gold pack but this time with my money! I stared in delight, tears streaming down my face as two godly cards stood in triumph in front of me! One Legendary Copperhead Helmet and One Ultra Rare Liftoff Assassination! Tears streaming down my face I instantly got into the praying position thanking the pack gods!! I equipped my items in joy waiting to brag to my pals!! However. I was fatally wrong. After leaving my legendary pack I got punched in the lips with the same message as before. You, 343i, threw me to the floor and ripped the items from my grasp, leaving me violated and without dignity! After crying in the corner for several hours I dragged myself to this forum for one last stand… 343i, out of the kindness of your hearts, give me my stuff back, I don’t want my money… Just my pack items… I hope you read this and understand my pain. Halo has never let me down until now… Thank you for taking the time to read this 343i.

Same thing happened to me. I got the Frost visor and it disappeared. The Frost visor shows up in Collections but not in the Customization menu. If I try to equip it, it says “profile synchronizations failed”.
Same with a couple of my armors plus the counts don’t align

Not sure how it happened but, after a few games and a couple more REQ packs, everything appeared in the customization menu.
Still nothing, checked this morning before work…
Love being ignored 343. Great job! Still haven’t got my stuff… I presume you do this to everyone who gets lucky in packs. I spent my own money as well only to receive what I thought was the best items ever, but no… Cheers guys, I guess being polite isn’t the way to go then? I could report you as you took the money from my bank…
