Yeah, this trick is the same from the original, good way to skip most of the enemies. Now here is a new challenge for ya: Bring a warthog all the way down to the map room! Me and my bro got it there, took us an hour and a lot of respawns lol.

In the first second of the video, when you have the game paused, it even shows that you’re playing The Silent Cartographer…

It’s Silent Cartographer.
Assault on the Control Room is the snowy level. This is the beach level.
Nice that you found the shortcut, but there is even beter shortcut. You can all the way from the top of the map room to the small ramp that was seen in the video. You’ll loose about half of your health. Then just aim for the overshield and you’re down without having to fight against single enemy on your way down.
