I can’t even describe the anger I am filled with right now. How the hell did your server disconnect me from the store during the purchase of a pack and then when I go back to purchase it again (with the same amount of req points), it tells me that I have "Insufficient Funds"…

I had this happen to me once. Disappointing. Although I wouldn’t call it stealing.

Contact xbox live. They handle the transactions, so they’d be the ones that could give you a refund or ensure you get what you paid for.

Understand your frustration, but I think you’re really taking this a little too harshly. I also noticed that you still had all your req points before and after, so I’m thinking glitch.

I mean you are just spending in game currency that was lost, if it was actually currency then yea you might have a serious problem. You will play more than enough to make up for that loss lol

Did you definitely not get the pack? Try hard resetting your Xbox and see if it shows up under your unopened packs, though it’s possible whatever you got from the pack has already been added to your inventory

If either of these don’t work then phone Microsoft support and explain the situation, it isn’t a conspiracy just a glitch, it happens sometimes.

Its just a glitch, nothing too serious, if they were stealing from you they would charge you without knowing it

your internet is responsible for you disconnecting, not 343. go complain to your internet supplier
