All I can say is go play Halo 3 while its still online, then when Halo 4 comes out you can ADAPT to the new features. If you cant ADAPT, then maybe you should find something better to do with your time, like go to college so you can learn to make games that you think are great.

Yeah, I can’t understand why people wouldn’t play Halo 3 instead, but I’m not going to say how to spend your money. It’s going to be a bit like the Halo Reach hate: Loads of people will play it (last time I checked there were well over 100,000 people on Reach matchmaking and only 3,000 on Halo 3) and say it’s a really bad game, but continue to play it.
I like the idea of adapting your gameplay with “perks” and a choice of starting weapon, it varies the gameplay a bit and makes you choose and change tactics more. Once again, there will be playlists for people who want Halo 3 style Halo.
It’s a new company, new game with a used title and therefore should be treated as a new game with new ideas. We should judge the game when more content is released than 20 seconds of gameplay and some screenshots and when it is actually released.

I would love to play Halo 2, because I prefer that over H3, but it’s no longer online, and Halo 3 is on life support. I thought the word “adapt,” had left the community after a few months of Halo:Reach’s release but I guess I was wrong.

You guys don’t like hearing that word, because it’s the truth and nothing but it. Plain and simple, "adapt. Assimilate yourself into the new world that is halo :p. You will not thrive if you continue to deny it.

Halo 3 is A Great game, but it is old and Neglected Now it was Made in 2006 and is a Six year old game, But it still get a 20k Population. Halo 4 needs to build from the features It had but stick to the Same core of Halo. Thats all we want, We Don’t want another Reach, IT SUCKS!

THINK ABOUT IT, lets say 5000 of those people are having a good time playing some slayer, then those same 5000 people have to take a break, go to work, hang out with friends, etc.
They get offline BUT 10,000 DIFFERENT people just got off of work, school, etc. so they get online at the same time those other 5000 got off, so its not that 5000 people got online, its 10,000 DIFFERENT players that just got online. Is that understandable?
Also how do you know that there is going to be playlists with Halo 3 style gameplay?

Nothing’s been confirmed for classic playlists, but Frankie did say classic Halo would be accessible.
