Your Top Waypoint Wishlist

While there are many great things about the new Waypoint, what are the features you MOST want to see?
This isn’t a bug fix wishlist, but more a feature wishlist.

I am specifically talking about Waypoint itself - not the new Forums (that’s another beast).

Here’s mine:

Global:
-Add Achievements
-Add more games, like HW2 and others that are absent
-Add fileshares where appropriate

MCC
-Add all the Seasons in MCC, not just Season 8
-Add the Exchange from MCC
-Let us spend our SP for MCC
-Show us our Challenges and progress on them for MCC
-Show us our LASO emblems again
-Add Data pads stat for Reach
-Let us equip armor and other stuff

Halo 5:
-Add Spartan Companies
-Let us equip armor and other stuff

Fireteam Raven
-Honestly, this looks great!
[edit] - leaderboards on a per mission basis are missing.

Legacy Games
-Too much is broken right now to give proper feedback suggestions

I wish they would show the medals earned in MCC like they do for H5.

Integrating all previously earned medals, ranks, etc from old waypoint…

I don’t want to start that spartan forum rank grind all over again.

Priority one for me is having our Legacy stats corrected. Thankfully I have my own personal record I am able to still display - but I would like the official site to have up to date and accurate Legacy information (as well as accurate MCC and Halo 5 stats, but those are less important to me than my Legacy stats.)

Second is the addition of achievement records. Again I have my own personal record saved for display, but I would like it to be shown on the official Waypoint Service Record too.

I like that we have our gamer pics a profile pics but I kind of want a separate waypoint pic from gamer pic.

Just a heads up, currently Halo Support is only able to assist with in-game issues at this time.

I had seen recommendations around here to file support tickets if any problems were found with the site.

I was doing my due diligence and wanted to file a support ticket for the inaccurate / missing data on our stats pages. This ticket was filed under “Halo Waypoint app or HaloWaypoint,com issue” and I received a response informing me that Halo Support can only assist with in-game issues at this time.

I’d like an option for us to be able to display on our profiles our former forum rank that we were at when the old site shutdown as a legacy. I’m sure this data could be pulled from the old site.

We might have to grandfather the legacy games in somewhere, to not provide support but just an area to glean on its history. It truly is too much going on that can’t be saved anymore.

I agree with all of your ideas… However, right now I would settle for all of my Legacy stats syncing up like they were before the changeover. I have zero stats for H3, ODST and Reach even though they were accurate on the old Waypoint.

That’s a terrible response, tbh.
Why have an option on the support site for reporting Waypoint issues, if they aren’t going to address them?

It was, I enjoyed the Halo gamerscore thing which added all your achievements together. Now its all kind of hollowed out, they should probably just save it with a badge or something that says you played the previous titles before.

as much as I sympathize… you dont seem in the spirit of infinite.

i’d imagine that they can hire a whole fleet of new employees to learnt he ropes and achieve all your goals,
and more

like a Lobby where we have “Forum Roles” XD …

so we can throw down and screen content we dont want to see, without ti affecting the general Activity of the website.

but, isn’t ensuring maximum power is addressing these issues concerning the development of h6, more important? XD LOL
