1.) Bring back old Halo: Reach Ranking System and RANKED playlists ( Numbers Such 1-50 Like Halo 3 )
2.) Have some or ALL playlists not have Bloom
3.) Nerf Armor Lock some how PLEASE
4.) Have Overshield and Camo on ALL MAPS ( 343 wants a more Classic Halo Expierience, right ? )
5.) Fix THEATER MODE - Please…movies are not as nearly as good as they are with FRIENDS

Things I’d like to see:
-AL tweak. Ok, the thing that always annoys everyone the most is when someone just stalls as long as possible when losing a fight and hopes for backup. So my hope is keep AL the same as it is with meter drain/recharge and everything, but force the player to use 2 bursts of maybe 1.5 seconds each and not one long 4 second one. I always envisioned AL as a “one time block” for a vehicle or a power weapon. Not the stalling thing that everyone hates.
-DMR bloom tweak. The needle rifle got bloom right. So the DMR needs to have the bloom expand faster and/or wider than it currently does now or maybe even remove bloom and take a damage nerf or something. I always vote Slayer starts over DMR starts because it turns every close and even mid-range battles into spam-fests. AR starts are actually fun for me.
-Holograms show up as legit red dots on motion sensor. Self explanatory. Maybe it makes it a bit OP but I love using Hologram. Be fun to see my fav armor ability get a boost.
Things I DON’T want to see:
-Melee tweak. I love how the melee system works right now. It solves the whole AR beatdown rush that killed too quickly back in Halo 3 and adds some maneuvering strategy to close range fights. I love taking taking those little stutter steps to make an enemy whiff a melee or buy that half second to finish off his shields so he only melees my shield down and I get the kill just as I bring his shield down.
-Ranked overhaul. Ok if 343 does this I’ll be right onboard the “Halo was ruined after Bungie stopped making it” boat for Halo 4. It was so nice to have rank not be important anymore. What people want is to make it visible again so they can flaunt it around and troll others over it. Maybe changed the Arena back to 1-50 I don’t care. But don’t make your “max rank” visible like it was in Halo 3. That gave the game a terrible atmosphere not to mention the forums were such a wreck of rank trolling now that they could taunt people over it.
Toggle or tweak bloom.
Ranking and/or Match Making overhaul; Player’s should be matched up with players of the same skill level. a To4 should play To4. However it is done idc… just do it.
Individual weapon and AA modifiers.
Multiple players in Theater over XBL together. It was “fine” in h3 if that’s the best it can be, so be it… but theater is far under used. I wanna be able to watch film’s w/friends over xbl.

My number 1 want in a title update, if it was possible, would be to make health and shield have an equal number of hitpoints. The only other Halo game to have equal health and shields is CE(75 health/75 shield) all others have something close to(45 health/ 70 shield).
If 343 could do this in Reach and change the damage tables for all weapons(excluding grenades) then two of the biggest underlying problems could be fixed. Grenades, if adjusted properly, would be perfect. 1 grenade could still take out shields and almost 1/3rd of health, however you would be able to still have 2/3rds damage to your shield and survive a grenade.
The Rush melee problem of Halo 3 would also be a thing of the past you could take damage to your shield and you wouldn’t be killed by one melee. So bleed through melee could return without being obnoxious and turning all non headshot weapons into clubs.
This has been an underlying problem for years with the series. If it can’t be fixed in a TU I hope that they do it for not just Halo 4 but for the whole new trilogy.
Remove Bloom but in return make the single shot rifles have slower rate of fire. You all should know by now why we want this removed. Random shots = not fun.
Ranking system 1-50 (or 100). I know people would brag about their rank a lot but there aren’t many times when I have fun with in this game. I’m not working towards anything. I could care less about the military rank. Plus, I really believe people quit so much more now that there isn’t a numerical rank anymore. They aren’t truly punished for it. The quitting ban alone isn’t enough. About 5/10 games I play, someone quits. Whether it be on my team or the other. It’s really annoying and boring at the same time. At least in H2 and H3, that would make their rank go down, which led to less people quitting. I never remember quitting being such a problem in the past Halo’s.
The walking speed needs to be increased to Halo 2’s speed. And I don’t mean go to custom game options and bump it up to 120%. I mean you should be able to walk fast and strafe fast at the same time. The game is slow as ever.
Fix theater. I can’t stand not being able to watch something with ATLEAST one friend. I feel so lonely watching a film by myself all the time. sniff
Fix frame rate issues when looking across the map with sniper rifle. This has never been a problem in previous Halo’s. Most popular one is on Asylum when looking from one sniper spawn to the other. The game slows to like 8 frames per second. It’s also present on Tempest and Condemned and probably some others that I can’t think of.
1- More options to give Reach that “classic” feel (like toggle bloom, no bleed through fix, etc…)
2- Include more playlists in Arena, as it stands it’s based on W/L so an Objective and MLG playlist used in the Arena ranking system would work.

Suppose I’ll throw my 2 cents in:
Revamping of AA’s:
Armor Lock: Add cool down time after every use, or lower duration. Possibly even remove absolute invulnerability (2x overshields, maybe?)
Active Camo: Remove radar jammer, make user slightly more visible
Jetpack: Half or max bloom on all weapons while in use.
Sprint: Can’t really think of any revisions
Dropshield: Can’t really think of revision
Hologram: Active Hologram appears on all players’ radar.
Also, you could just as easily make all of them equipment pickups, which I would prefer.
Tweak reticule bloom: The rampant randomness with the DMR and the pistol is insane! Tweak bloom so that pacing shots actually makes a difference in a firefight.
Elite armor customization: This is more wishful thinking than anything, but there’s simply no reason why Elites shouldn’t have their own armory.
Fix the Living Dead playlist maps. Just about every map in that playlist is horribly broken, from Sword Base’s vent to The Cage’s roofs. Add a soft kill boundary to all these camping spots to make it fair for everyone. Also, I’d like to see each zombie kill worth 2 instead of one.
Fix the spawn system. There’s another thread about this, and I agree with that thread’s OP. Where players spawn should be based on where combat is happening/enemy player location/previous deaths, all in real time. It’s been 10 years, spawn camping should be a thing of the past.

HEEY!!! MY TOP 5 - haven’t been mentioned yet, tell me what you think!!!
1*Give us back one of the most exhilarating elements in the halo universe; LEVELS (1-50?). No ranks/grades but old school levels for the ultimate gamers or maybe a combination like in H3? Levels really make it incredibly competitive - which really lets you prove yourself in the community. 
2*cR works really well in Halo Reach but for unbelievable feats like fex; extermination in SWAT, Perfection, Rampage etc - BONUS CR (Im talking like 10 000 cR for an extermination) should be given so that the best gamers excel and not only the ones playing 24/7…
3*Introducing “Rare armor”(?) - unlocked as a result of incredible feats and maybe K/D ratio (and/or MVP) also can play a role in post game earnings. -People with f.ex 5 Killtaculars (competitive) unlock a holy–Yoink–wtf-is-that-helmet!
4* Much more creative and diverse Daily/Weekly challanges. Get three 2x-kills in a game, earn a KIlltrocity in Living Dead, earn a 2x-kill with the oddball, Have a K/D of over 3.0 three games in a row, 20 hs in Lving dead and so on…
5*Living Dead number crunching - there are 12 players in the game and sometimes you are Zombie (Braaains!) three times in a row, common do the math and make it more fair and avoid Living Dead on maps with ridiculous hiding spots…
Anything related to AAs can be solved with a playlist update (aside from altering the AAs themselves) so that doesn’t go here.

I know it’s so much , but Halo Reach’s FFA is contorlling the overpower weapons , because you can’t evade the rocket with the strong gravity , not a low gravity like Halo 3 , the sniper is too easy , the shotgun is now a medium range weapon , sword + sprint = slice 'n dice , Arena FFA not like Lone Wolves , Arena FFA must be without overpower weapons like the first time , big thanks to 343 if they put it without overpower weapons
The only thing I wanna see in the title update is an updated Ranking system! Arena just doesn’t get the job done, the 1-50 system definitely catered better to the competitive crowd. Adding a single playlist that displays your individual rank would be more than enough to satisfy most players that have turned away from halo reach due to the lack of a true visible ranking system.
