My Top 5 for a title update:
- Make it so when the Alpha Zombie is killed (when there is only 1 and has run out of lives), the round ends. This bug/glitch alone ruined Infection Customs for me in Halo Reach.
2)Add some Objective Commedations:
-Win a CTF/assault/Stockpile/Headhunter game
-Capture a territory
-Kill a flag carrier
-Your Team armed the bomb
-Your Team captured the flag
3)The ability to chance voice/chat settings in custom game options:
-Team Only
-Proximity only
-Everyone
- Add Zombie start options
(Might be able to be done via megalo program)
Add these options to infection gametypes:
-% of Zombie Start
-Chump
-Winner
-Random
-Once (More for the Matchmaking playlist, if you were the zombie the first round, you won’t be starting zombie again that game unless someone quits).
- Different team/species traits
Give us the ability to modify different team (color) loadouts and Base player traits. Also modifying Spartan/Elite player traits sepertly would be nice.
Random:
-Force certain team colors only (Only Blue,Red,Yellow in game)
-Give us the option to limit the amount per team (2 per team max. and no one can change)
-The ability to force either spartan or elites
- Fix DMR bloom; make it slightly bigger but faster reset time. Also add a bloom toggle.
- Individual Weapon Modifier including at the bare bones level a ROF modifier, shield/health damage modifier and bloom level modifier.
- Fix Vehicles in general; get rid of all of the glitches with the Revenant, massively weaken the damage done to them by the Sniper and DMR and for GOD SAKES weaken the Banshee Bomb!
- Bring back no bleed-through melees.
- Weaken fragmentation grenades in strength, but maintain the radius and PLEASE make a grenade strength changer option.
Just one little extra thing: Seperate Elite and Spartan Base Traits. This could be used to completely balance out Elites and Spartans in Invasion, Invasion Slayer and Skirmish.

Tweak bloom. aka make it work as intended, or decrease it altogether.

Proper Ranking system. Having just 1 ranked playlist and 20+ that don’t use trueskill matching at all needs to be addressed.

Melees. Bleed through and it should take 3 melees to kill someone at full health. Having someone sprint up to you and punch you twice while you’re shooting them is -Yoink- to put it lightly

AA’s many of them are map/game breakers whether people want to admit it or not. Solution: Either they become map pick-ups in most if not all playlists, or they get serverely nerfed or limited. (Limited uses per life)

Theather. Fix it, IDK wtf bungie was thinking but there is no point to theater if you can’t watch clips with friends.

Reset the Plasma Launcher to beta settings. (power, speed & homing capabilities)

Remove the sword & normal weapon melee clash, keep sword on sword clash, and fix the timing for kills/clashes. (I get so many Bulltrue medals on Griffball & Zombies when a sword guy lunges at me, I kill him, & he kills me. A Bulltrue means you kill them before they kill you while they lunge.)

A Custom Game setting for no weapons & grenade regeneration, like in Halo 3.

Fix the data retreavel system. (Sometimes I get repeats of content such as, game types, vids, maps, and screenshots, but only one of them will have the info and it causes so many problems.)

- nerf the armor lock - shorten it duration, remove emp.
- sprint should recharge like jetpacks does
- more armor in the armory.

Here’s the first ten things I thought up off the top of my head. Yeah it’s more than five things, I have a lot of ideas. So sue me.

Fix all the forge map saving/overwriting issues.

Separate weapon and grenade damage in custom game settings.

Make it easier to kill players performing assassinations. If someone is assassinating my teammate, I should be able to get behind them and knock them out of their assassination to perform my own on them, saving my teammate.

If possible, update the default maps/gametypes selectable in forge and custom games to the most recent matchmaking versions.

Classic/Reach option for melee damage bleedthrough.

Make percentage of credits to next rank visible like it was in the beta.

Switch the amount of credits awarded for game completion and performance bonus.

Make the names of custom game variants appear on the HUD in-game. Right now, a slayer variant with a custom name will displey in game as “Slayer” no matter what.

- VIP on Zeus from halo 3. that means both VIP and the Zeus map
- red, green, purple, and orange visors
- all the characters from RvB and Halo3:ODST are now available as firefight voices
- firefight voices now play during regular multiplayer gameplay
- special spawning ability where you can choose anywhere on any part of the map to spawn so if there is a problem with where you have spawned it’s your own fault
In order of importance,
- Individual weapon, grenade and armour ability traits.
- Bloom on/off toggle.
- Fix weapon damage on vehicles (more specifically the effects of the dmr and sniper on vehicles)
- Remove sword block.
- Bring back classic invasion colours (beta style).

any Bloom or Recoil off is my absolute number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
but i would like to see MVP’s again, no overheating for turrets, slower weapon disappearance, a gameplay list for custom game searches, and theres prolly so much more…but yeah…GET RID OF BLOOM/RECOIL…ANYTHING THAT MAKES US LOSE AY ACCURACY WHILE SHOOTING HAS TO BE GONE
1 – Melee System. – I did prefer how this worked in older games, the lack of bleed through is jarring and leads to a lot of double melees, as even if someone puts 3 shots into an opponent, the opponent can simply run up to them and bring themselves on an even playing footing without risking deaths which is what would have happened in older games if a significantly weaker opponent attempted the same move.
2 – Nade placement. – Perhaps I haven’t adjusted to this properly, but compared to say Halo 3 where nades were used pretty tactically to strip shields and had to be placed very much under a players feet to do so the Reach nades feel very random and placement still seems off.
3 – Player movement/ Inertia system. – Im just personally not a fan of the sense of weight that these Spartans have, a lot of the movement feels stiff and I feel as though this has impacted on gameplay. Strafing doesn’t exactly seem common anymore.
4 – Individual Weapon power level adjustments - currently if the damage is set to a value which allows for the DMR to be a 4 shot kill the Sniper and nades become super powerful, which for me is partly the reason I don’t enjoy Classic as much as I would have hoped, letting each weapon be adjusted on a individual basis would get past that problem, whilst allowing for some interesting tweaking.
5 – Bloom, if it cant be totally removed hopefully it can be toned down to levels where its not noticeable. If this was possible I guess technically a rate of fire would also have to be patched in for all the different guns. That would be pretty sweet. 
Noticeable mentions – the Sniper aim assist is very high at the moment which leads to very deadly and less satisfying to use weapon.
Player models can sometimes be quite hard to spot; I may be off the mark but I have seen this referenced on another forum: perhaps draw distance is to blame on larger maps like Haemorrhage? Do Spartans render properly at distance?
P.S. I loved Jessica’s Armour lock suggestion.
