1: Bloom either gets a tweak or complete removal, the fact is that it was a good idea but it can’t work as it was intended, it makes the headshot capable weapons completely inaccurate and ruins good gameplay.
2: Grenades get nerfed, the timer, damage and blast radius on them are all completely disgusting and sometimes they outright kill you when you enter a room, they aren’t fun, they aren’t balanced.
3: Armour Lock gets tweaked or removed, if AL must stay then I say it gets turn into a one use get out of jail free card that only lasts for 2 seconds then it’s done. I support it to stop vehicle splatters and a single rocket or grenade but other than that it is abused and it ruins good gameplay for everyone but the guy holding X.
4: Sprint and Evade affected by fire, I cannot count the sheer amount of times where I’ve been shooting a guy only to have him sprint/evade the full distance of a room to kill me with double beatdown. It’s cheap and irrititating and it rewards the guy for running head first into incoming fire, this makes no sense. If there was a slow down effect then it might make that less effective.
5: Remove Banshee bomb in MM, Matchmaking banshee bomb is responsible for tens or hundreds of thousands of kills for some people and they constantly dominate full big team games with +50 k/d scores. The banshee is hard to take out, agile and quick. Without the banshee bomb it is powerful, with the banshee bomb it is near unbeatable.
The DMR bloom needs to be fixed where skilled timed shots win against spammers. Even close range spam should not win. This leads to point 2 and 3
The pistols clip needs to be bigger and the bloom reset needs to be better so that it can actually be a viable secondary weapon like in the beta, so a point where I dont need to spam to win, it should be a fast close range skilled weapon. Its not awful now but I think it could be better.
Either make weapon swaps slightly faster all round or make it so that smaller weapons are faster than larger ones. So if you choose to have a pistol in your back pocket you can whip it out faster than lefts say a sniper. So you have to choose between weapons, for example the ar could do more damage and easier to aim but it takes longer to get out than the pistol which would reward accuracy at close range.
I guess a colour pallete in forge would be cool.
I would like a ranking system, preferably one where if you win 3 you go up, loose 2 you go down. something simple and that lets you know where your at. I dont want it to be like H3 where I could win 20 games in a row and not go up and then lose 2 and then go down. or where I have 50 games won and 4 games lost and I still dont go up.
I would like to say thank you for doing this and being open, to a certain point, this is the type of stuff that keeps me as a loyal fan and playing Halo that Bungie unfortunately stopped. They limited intelligent discussion if it did not fit within their discourse which alienated a lot of very loyal fans. Please keep this up and thank you for trying.

1: Buff AR at close range
2:Nerf the -Yoink- out of grenades, increased and standard fuse time. Increased bouncyness. Reduced damage and balst radius and remove damage bleed through for grenades.
3: Bring back Halo 3 melee system
4:Add territories options and a territories playlist
5:buff Active camo, remove sound muffle and allow players to move at full speed with it. Radar jamming is fine.
Allow use of armor abilities while in vehicles, ex. armor lock while driving a ghost full speed (for irony) or being able to evade with a scorpion, to counter balance vehicle boarding
Because some players gain an unfair advantage with aim bots and super jump mods, it should become a standard feature so everyone is balanced.
Fix the glitch where the passenger of a revenant gets guarenteed headshots, so the driver gets gets the same effect and make the revenant fire a full automatic beam rifle because it is redundant to the mongoose and so the covenant have a sniper as well.
Revamp FPS view so it becomes a side scrolling FPS, think of a mix between mario and Halo
Bring back dual wielding but only allow the plasma sword for the covenant and halycon-class cruisers for spartans
Ranking System: This is why people play Halo (at least, majority of them), c’mon 343, we need some competitive system, not the Arena that resets your division every 3 months. Adding the High Skill and True Skill like Halo 3, or at least showing your Arena division in every playlist, aside of the rank.
Armor Lock: Remove it. Seriously, this AA is a joke, right?..
Arena/Ranked Playlist: Like my first “wish”, new Arena playlist or new Ranked playlist like MLG, Snipers, Doubles, Lone Wolves… with True Skill or High Skill.
Bloom customizise: An option to customizise the bloom on Custom Games.
1. Reduce Armour lock time.(Not recharge time but how long it can be used. 2. Reduce Banshee’s strength 3. Make vehicles more resilient to DMR shots. 4. Nerf Evade. (Maybe only 1 roll instead of 2) 5. Make the bubble shield stronger. Do not change the plasma pistol in any way! It’s perfect.
Ranking System. The Arena does its job and actually does it pretty well, but being reset every so often really turns people off for the most part. Make Seasons veeeeeery long (like a year long). That’d get people a bit more motivated to play I think.
Fix Armor Lock, it’s too powerful in its current form. Make people be “Locked” in (see what I did there?) for about two seconds per use to fix the derping with it in CQC and put more emphasis on surviving explosions, which I’m sure is what it was originally intended for.
Bloom isn’t working the way it was supposed to in my opinion. A fix that I’ve heard suggested (and I believe would work) would be to slow the rate of reset if one “spams” the trigger instead of measuring one’s shots. That way, those that “spam” are punished more whilst those that pace their shots are more rewarded, which I believe was the intended purpose of bloom originally.
Bleed through melee returning would be nice. It’s ben in every other Halo game to this point, and was a jarring change coming into Reach. It’s also the source of the infamous “double melees”. One of my (and many others’) primary sources of frustration with the game is emptying a ton of rounds into someone with a gun, only to have them get close and mash the melee button. Those shots you put into an opponent should net you the advantage.
Fix vehicular combat. The vehicles are made of paper mache in Reach, and the anti-vehicular weaponry doesn’t really have its niche in Reach because quite frankly it hardly ever show up. Stronger Warthogs and more frequest Spartan Lasers would make maps like Hemorrhage a lot more fun.
