I have to say, all of these suggestions are really good and would GREATLY help Reach to be much more enjoyable. Keep it up!!!
My Top 5 Changes:
1.) Melee System- Please include the bleed through mechanic that we saw in post update Halo 3. That was the best.
2.) Bloom- I like the idea but have spammers be punished more for pulling the trigger faster + decreasing randomness.
3.) Grenades- Have the grenades be a little less powerful than they are now and have a longer fuse time.
4.) Armor Lock- Remove frosting, have it last 3 seconds, remove EMP and have some sort of “knock enemy back” effect.
5.)Shield Recharge- Have the shields recharge a little faster. I had too many times where I would kill someone leaving me one shot, only to have them respawn near me to finish me off from lack of shields.
2.remove armor lock or nerf by 1. armor lock 2 seconds 2. and walk slow for few seconds like getting high jacked 3. or remove it completly by nerfing gernades less powerful. and don’t kill vechials just freeze it like overcharged plasma pistol.

bob helment is in reach modders have not found it in reach my therory is you kill all bobs,get all data pads an switches and is unlocked by a file which is probably not complete but other half in tu to unlock
I would and many others like this in title update
1. Bloom.
Please, just get rid of it on precision weapons. Either that, or make it so that it expands to ridiculousness, and retracts fast enough to give it a set pace. Spamming this way would not be an option, even at close range.
2. Armor abilities.
I have never liked them, never will. Having something that can inherently give you an advantage over somebody until you die is just wrong. I don’t even want them on the maps as pickup, but if you must…
3. Movement speed and Jump Height.
Bring it back to the Halo2 days. Halo 3 was a little too floaty and slower for me, but Halo 2 just seemed to be perfect. With the removal of bloom and decreased kill times because of it, having a Halo 2 style of movement would prove to provide a more fast-paced shooter that is still paced moderately enough to not be anywhere near the COD-style shooter I’m sure we all don’t want Halo to be.
4. Vehicle Damage.
It seems like there is almost no use in picking up a rocket launcher or laser outside of making it slightly easier to kill vehicles. Bring the canopy back in the Scorpion so that skilled marksmen can kill a driver, but take out the vehicle wide “I die by simple arms fire” crap. It’s annoying to fight for that banshee spawn or Scorpion spawn, to get DMR’d to death from across the map by 3 guys.
5. Grenades.
Dear God fix grenades. Change the physics of them to resemble that of Halo 3. I don’t know who in their right mind would every change Halo 3’s grenades, but they seemed rather perfect. The way they bounced, the damage they dealt, and the size of them were all appropriate. In Reach, we’re throwing freakin nukes and watermelons at people that sit on the ground. Too many times have I cried because I can’t make a grenade throw that should be possible because the grenade bounces like it’s made purely out of heavy cotton candy.
Removal of bloom ONLY from the DMR and Needle Rifle and subsequent tweaking of firing rates
Small grenade nerf, only to deal with inconsistencies I often encounter in them
Toggling of fall damage as a gametype option
Make the map-placement invisibility resemble the Halo 3 invisibility (completely invisible, no matter the movement speed), and make the Overshield power-up placement visible on the player when absorbed by them
Nerf armor lock in this way:
-Shorten the amount of time total a player can be in armor lock
-Make a single use per charge, as opposed to two
-Force the player to stay in armor lock once they enter it for all or most of its full charge
-Remove the player’s ability to camera pan and take in surroundings
-Remove the temporary protection a player gets when they’re given back control out of armor lock
-Remove sticky grenade bounce

1. OPTION TO REMOVE THE BLOOM from every weapon in the sandbox - should be the very first thing the Title Update gives us! 2. Make strafing skillful again - increase strafing acceleration please! 3. Grenades need longer fuse time in my opinion. And farther throwing range (closer to Halo CE’s nades). 4. REMOVE non-Bleedthrough mechanic, or give us the option in Custom Games to toggle it on/off like the Bloom option on weapons. 5. Give the Pistol more ammo per clip.
Other options;
Leech gametype brought back.
Power-up should be stackable again (example - picking up Overshield and Camo should give a player BOTH benefits, for they have EARNED both).
Shots hit/shots fired info sheet in postgame lobby back!
VIP gametype is missed.

1-50 trueskill ranking system implemented, I can’t stress this enough. Arena, a interesting concept has failed. Unlike halo 3 and 2 when the ranked systems were filled with players, arena just doesn’t work.
Grenades, the grenades need a fix. Grenades should be used as a tool, not a killing machine.
Melée system, as with grenades it should be a tool at your disposal. It shouldn’t be more useful than your gun. It creates horrible tactics such as double melée sprint.
Bloom, there should be a toggle on/off or it should punish you for spamming.
AL, if you make a mistake you should pay for it. Make it a pick-up, nerf or remove.
Ranking system/Matchmaking. Reach is just plain boring without it and needs it desperately. Also I’m sick of getting put up against teams of 4 when I search by myself. Rank and social need to return cause I’m sick of kids quitting out because they’re not at the skill level as others.
Bleed through. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. The melee system is stupid with no bleed through and awkward.
Jumping/mechanics. Please change it back to the way we were able to jump/move in h3 and h2. Grenades are too overpowered by are limited ability to dodge them. Also I don’t like not being able to jump to something I think I should be able to jump to without crouch jumping.
Extra things: Grenades are too powerful. Weaken them a bit maybe. Individual weapon modifications would be pretty nice.
REMOVE armor lock ( no capital for armor lock because it doesn’t deserve it)
Remove the ability to sword block but make the time it takes to pull up the sword after you come out of sprint longer
TAKE OUT THE ABILITY TO BETRAY, seriously though how does killing a teammate benefit anyone? it makes no sense to keep it.
Nerf the Banshee, make its rolls use up at least a third of the energy and the time between Banshee bombs need to take longer with a smaller blast radius but make the plasma cannons stronger.
make it so the sniper and dmr are not anti-vehicle weapons, this also makes no sense one person should not be able to destroy a ghost in like a few shots to the back.
That’s about all I think needs fixing I hope you take these Ideas into consideration as I think they all ruin many games they are in no particular order but the ones I think need the most attention is the betraying and armor lock.
I also hope in the future you guys put in a race playlist with maps from the community because they are awesome!

I know bloom won’t be removed from this game, but at least tweak it to make it much more punishing. On LAN it’s especially bad; pacing is close to a waste of time at anything but extreme range.
Restore bleedthrough.
Individual weapon traits for custom games.
Nerf frag grenades, make them a little bouncier.
Throw away AL, JP, AC (I know this won’t happen, but still; I can’t bring myself to pretend any compromise would be good enough). At the very least, increase the weapon draw time universally at the end of sprint (including for melee) to reduce the effectiveness of sprint+CQC.
Reticule Bloom is taken out and/or give players the ability to toggle it on or off.
Reduce the blast radius of all explosives. This primarily is for Grenades (whose power should also be reduced), the Banshee “bomb”, Vehicle/ Turret explosions. Rockets and Fuel Rods, for the most part, are fine.
Increase the durability of a most vehicles. This should primarily affect the Banshee.
Let us Forge COMPLETELY on every map/ Give us more leeway on each map (i.e. the ability to place walls on every map).

Upgrade or updates!
1- DMR should be fire more like the BR ,no cycle ,no bloom.
2- Decent ranking system like Halo 3! anyone can be a legend or noble if he just plays enough
Arena is just not enough your ranks goes away after every season, bring back the ranks of Halo 3 at least for
a new playlist, but the rank should be universal for your profile(visible).
3- nerf the banshe it just to hard to kill with out spartan laser! a guy in a banshe can almost win by himself.
4- Evade for Spartans! in all game types as an option!
Make movement closer to Halo 3 levels (Increased walking speed, Higher and possibly more floaty jumps and No fall damage).
Nerf/remove Armour lock (At least make it so that someone can’t win a melee fight just by tapping it when an opponent punches and reduce duration)
Add in a Melee bleed-through system that would be similar to Halo 3’s.
Reduce grenade damage/radius/increase fuse time on grenades so they become less effective and not put a person into a critical health level after being hit by one grenade. Also make grenade jumping possible and not leave permanent damage on someone for the rest of that life.
Have health regeneration on (at least as a toggle), the health kit system doesn’t really add much to the game and slows it down. I lived through a battle, I shouldn’t be disadvantaged because of it. Additionally, have the wait time for the shields be lowered - At the moment, I feel like I am being limited and that I have to avoid fights just because I’m waiting for my shields to charge.
Create ranked and social playlists like Halo 3. I’m tired of getting matched up with people who are not at the same skill level as me. This is a must in the MLG playlist as well.
Remove bloom and lower the rate of fire on precision weapons so that accuracy is rewarded over rate of fire. Also, keep the bloom on the assault rifle as the assault rifle in Halo 3 without bloom was very over powered. The Reach assault rifle is perfect.
Armor Abilities need major tweaking. Armor Lock needs to be removed or nerfed so that a players shields don’t recharge. Active Camo needs to be removed as I consistently find people camping in corners or sniping easily because the cannot be seen. Jet Pack should decrease a players ability to aim as it gives the person the height advantage in a gun battle. Also, its freaking annoying when you get into a game and the entire other team swarms you like a flock of birds. I feel that the Armor Abilities should be placed on the map the way equipment was in Halo 3, or only allow a certain number of players on a team to choose a load out other than sprint.
Grenades need to have a longer fuse time as movement in Reach is slower than Halo 3 and it is difficult to avoid grenades
Melee needs to have bleed through damage. It isn’t fair that someone can put 3 shots and a melee into someone and lose because they still had that fraction of a shield left. Also, Melee lunge must be reduced. It is borderline commando lunge from MW2. There is very little time to react.
