__I am going to avoid whats commonly talked about. (I.E. Armor Lock, game mechanics, bloom) with other needed Conventional additions.<__br />
Spawn limit in forge should = the forge limit of spawning objects in Tempest in the Noble DLC, and should be fully equiped with the Highlands forge objects and lastly The transport hog we only see 2 times in the game, the intro, and one blows up by the first wraiths we see.
Armory, I don’t care if u don’t like this or not. but the Reach BETA Had a 10x better option of chestpeices. (The UA chestpeice of waypoint w/o nades, mixes of chestpeices we know put together i.e. the shotgun chest peices mixed in the butt pouch on the commando. and lastly The Default chest w/o a Knife for people who wanna go classic, if not at all a toggle button for knives.) and lastly, the Bronze/Red visor of Jorge, and the armor of H3 that were not put into reach.
CLASSIC HALO THEME MUSIC option in settings. where we can toggle the classic tune we all know and love, over the dun dun dun dur deeerrrp we have on the current main menu.
New other Halo Maps that are not connected to the anniversary or Reach. for example Halo Wars: the mission where we fend off loads of covy forces on top of the ship Spirit of Fire. (This doesnt have to be the spirit of fire but the example of what I am getting at) Fighting in FF on top of a UNSC Flagship with a in flight skybox would be win.
Firefight Voices. Auntie DOT, and Masterchief’s speeches are very low volume(I have Suround sound and good speakers and a flatscreen in use) and hard to hear during explosion. Not to mention We should totally get a surplus of new ones… Who wouldn’t want to do a FF with captain Key’s voice?
1.Add options to Firefight to change the Vehicles on the map, as well as adjust settings for Weapon Drops; change the types of weapons in each pod, the ammount of ammunition for each weapon, and how may pods you get per round.
2.Bring back the VIP gametype.
3.Fix Juggernaut so players can turn the flaming armor on and off, and change the Juggernaut’s weapons.
4.Add Generator Traits to Firefight to let players alter the Generators damage resistance, and lockdown duration, and add an option to allow destroyed Generators to respawn at the end of the round.
5.Remove team colors from Invasion, and let players keep their chosen colors. Since it is a Spartan Vs. Elites gametype, there is no real need for team colors.
Skull application for streakers. Think you’re a hot shot? Try stretching that shotgun spree after getting Blind applied to you after three kills. No scope sniping? Enjoy your fifth kill with no HUD!
Why does matchmaking put me in a Firefight Limited match by myself? I’ll wait a few minutes for a partner!

Stop putting Unearthed as the first map option for every Firefight Score Attack session. It’s a great map, but who wouldn’t rather play Rocket Attack on Corvette over and over and over…
Who nerfed the FRG? If the idea of FRG Attack is to completely blow s**t up, should there not be some decent splash damage? Like grunt-killing splash damage, not just knock them over splash damage? They blow the poop out of me when I get shot with it after all…
I can get an overkill with ease on Gruntpocalypse, but I have to unload a full clip into someone’s helmet on Team Swat and I still die??? Fix the DMR. (Yeah, I have proof. Check my fileshare.)
Add a Rumble Pit option in the Halo Classic playlist, or put some of those maps in the Rumble Pit playlist. It needs a few clausterphobic maps. Oh, and do a Fiesta Rumble Pit also.
Find a way to incorporate the DLC maps into regular playlists. Team SWAT on Uplink, Anchor 9, or Condemned would be great. An 8v8 Team SWAT on Tempest or Highlands would be outstanding also.

Seriously, most of these are meant to be funny, so they probably are not, but what the heck it was fun.
screw the toggle option… COMPLETELY remove bloom from the game while slightly decreasing the max rate of fire on the dmr, nr, and pistol. a toggle option will only bring maybe 1 playlist with no bloom while completely removing it will make default reach 6728463729948x better
armor lock has to either be removed from gameplay completely or get an extreme nerf.
RANKED PLAYLISTS. a 1-100 ranking system based solely on winning. “you play to win the game.”
a bleed through melee system just like halo 3’s. what about the AR beatdown you ask? add individual weapon melee damage. have the ARs melee damage be very low while maybe having the rockets malee damage be high
make the game more like previous halos by letting us actually use our weapons right away when we take them out as opposed to the little annimation that we have to wait for now. especially with the sword. since the shotgun beats it every time, make the sword like halo 2 where you could keep it idden and just whip it out last second and own.
Make bloom more accurate (which is the problem), do not remove it.
Dramatically nerf Armor Lock or omit it.
Get rid of the cR cap. It made sense in the beginning of the game, now it’s irrelevant and just annoying, especially for high ranks.
Remove the current melee system. If I shoot someone three times and then melee before they even see me and then they melee me, we should not be on the same level.
Remove sword block. No one asked for it and we were fine without it.
Weapon rebalancing, grenade radius reduction, and decreasing kill times.*
Melee bleed-through brought back.
Vehicle damage and armor re-balanced. (Wraith and banshee blast radius reduced, etc.)
More custom game options.
I realized that this is an issue that is vital to core Halo players. Halo 3 increased kill times and Halo Reach even more so. While some aspects of weapons are TOO powerful (rockets, shotgun, and sniper all have huge radii of effect or too much damage) reload times and time between firing a weapon after reloading and switching weapons NEED to be reduced. Maybe not quite as quickly as Halo 2, but somewhere between the times of that and Halo 3. Test it out first! It’s way more fun to try and fire at an enemy than to switch weapons/reload, waiting, and dying before you might be able to get that saving shot off.
If I could sum it up, some rebalancing is in order. When I play Halo, I want to spend more time driving around in the warthog, capturing flags, laughing, and having a kick–Yoink- time than having to lament on the loss of awesomeness that captured in the previous Halos.
1: VIP brought back, juggernaut hammer glitch fixed,
2: Increase lethality of all covenant weapons to balance Invasion modes and to make them worth picking up, Restore elites to beta status.
3: Bloom fixed for DMR where the spammer loses by a large percentage.
4: Vehicles more powerful, make the revenant a 1 hit kill, warthogs less floaty, ghosts overall stronger, wraiths fire faster, but nerf the banshee.
5: And lastly you know what to do with armor lock
Some new feature that doesn’t have anything to do with gameplay mechanics
Face it guys. Bloom and armor lock are here to stay. Reach is Reach. They can’t make this a different game that what it already is. People have gotten used to how Reach plays and I think 343 knows that. Halo 4 is their chance to really step it up give us what we want Halo to be like again. This title update should consist of additions, no “nerfing” or major changes to gameplay mechanics.
1: Pelican’s able to be spawned and Flyable in Forge ( only big maps like “Forge World”, “Spire”, “Anchor 9”, Etc.)
2: Expand the Area around “Anchor 9” (if possible)
3: Scarabs in Forge (Forge Only, And they have to fight you) I’ve Always Wanted to see Spartans Team up against Multiple Scarabs in an Environment their used to.
4: Be able to Carry no Weapons at all (while your Setting the Game Settings Before the Match you can set the weapons to None and then you pick up Weapons through-out the Game.
5: All Races (Ex. Brutes, Jackals, Grunts, Hunters{Hunters about as Strong as Elites} Skirmishers) Playable but no customization for them like Elites just as they are in the game.
I am Well Aware most of these are not going to be Easy to Achieve And most Probably won’t be Given a Second Look. But My Favorite are 1-4 so If nothing Else I would Like Those Please.
