As many of of you are aware of right now the Newest Halo Bulletin has posted more insight into Wraparound (one of the first Halo 4 maps we saw in the Vidoc), telling us about some of the challenges in making it and giving us some information about it.
I personally liked what I read, I have always liked the smaller more symmetrical maps designed for competitive mid to close ranged combat and Wraparound (from the way it is described) seems to have been created with that in mind. I also like the art direction, I think it is just an epic idea to fight in a Forerunner tower high in the clouds.
But what do you think of Wraparound?
Do you like what you have seen and read so far or not?

What does that have to do with anything? I have played remakes of small arena maps, since there wasn’t any in Reach. Every single one was ruined by sprint. That’s all I need to know, if sprint is in the game and wraparound is a small arena style map it will play like crap.
I think it’s safe to say that Arena Maps played very poorly in Reach. That is not to say that they won’t play well in Halo 4, but just look at the maps in Reach that play well with the default settings, like Boardwalk and Powerhouse. They are certainly not Arena maps, but because they are spaced out and open, they play much better with the sprint mechanic than maps like Countdown and Zealot.

You shouldn’t judge/knock the game when you know hardly any details on how anything works in the game.
Don’t know enough about it to judge how it plays. I’d love to see an overhead screenshot with weapon and power-up spawns, but that just won’t happen yet.
Aesthetically? That map is beautiful. Looks like they’re going completely overboard to give Forerunner structures that surreal feeling. The large-scale architecture does a good job of making me feel dwarfed and insignificant. That’s something I’ve always wanted to see accomplished by more Forerunner structures, but to date, only by looking at the horizon of Halo and seeing it circle completely above me have I felt that way.

Who’s knocking the game? I’m saying sprint does not work in small arena style maps. They are already small, hence the style, small arena maps. Sprint does not work in these types of maps.

I hate people who can’t use their brain to figure out even the simplest things. Instead the just blindly follow and say dumb things like have you played the game yet.

Agreed, visually it looks amazing!
I can’t wait to see more (especially where the weapons/ Power-ups spawn).
