Playing from EU is not an option, your servers are unplayable unless you dont care that you constantly DC, and you dont care about the competetive aspect of the game. You are forced against your will onto US servers with a quarter of a second lag. Feel free to check reports from netduma users and go and check azure server pings from EU.
i can count from this week alone that i have lost a legendary rp wz boost, 2 ultra rares. and a ton of others i dont care about. but those 3 please reinsert into my inventory.
Give a response to what you are doing to fix the servers a.s.a.p since you are allreade months late to reply to the 4000 yes FOUR THOUSAND post long thread in forum/general.

We indeed have what appears to be lightyears of latency on these US servers. I play at least 95 % of my games on US servers and I struggle tremendeously just to keep up reasonably. But a couple of days ago I lost 10 straight games with a total of -60 K/D over those games.
The situation is clearly unacceptable and I cannot believe how ignorant and disrespectful 343 are to their long time devoted international Halo fans.
Typical example where I´m thinking easy melee kill as opponent climbs. But just as I am about to smack him on the head I die from a melee myself as he suddenly skipped half of the climbing animation and the entire melee animation. Thats a lot of latency!
Extreme latency - aim is off but look at latency throwing grenade and how I am warped back onto the ledge at the end for a death animation.
Typical game behaviour - opponents just keep running at you like Robocop.
The fact that we are forced onto US servers is unacceptable - you must provide a choice in matchmaking for the player to decide if he/she wishes region lock or not when searching for games. This is a disgrace and you are nowhere near offering the same service to international players with regards to servers as are other developers (Titanfall, GoW, CoD etc).

So where is 343i support team at?? well nowhere to be found unless you are from US!
Tell me about it… perhaps they’d take a gander at the Halo 4 forums… since trying to re-add challenges they managed to take down the Halo 4 server completely, so still no challenges and no MP or Spartan ops either… those who can connect have old rank, etc.
Just peachy for a bank holiday weekend… sigh.

There isn’t any support, there isn’t any communication. We’re not Halo’s main player base, so we don’t get priority. We’ve been posting about region lock since they removed it, in that time, they’ve removed Austrailia’s, reinstated it, and then removed it again (going by forum posts) I’ve given up posting about it. If there’s a fix in the next update then the EU player base has a chance, if not, then we’ll have eventually moved elsewhere.
