Your Optimal WZFF Loadouts

Just curious…

What do you guys run during WZFF? Mine slightly differ from what I run in regular WZ.

Here’s a template, let’s say:

I love the handling for the H2BR and always like having a DMR for long range. All the REQ cards I picked aren’t high leveled and work very well against hordes of AI.

Don’t have one, I pick stuff at random cuz why not. I’m also using vehicles majority of the time to not care about picking my loadiuts.

Level 3: Hardlight AR/Longshot BR
Level 4: switch to a hard light BR
after that I’m getting vehicles.

Hardlight?

Yeah vehicles are a necessity, but for those moments in between tanks and Banshees having a good loadout at your disposal is key to building REQ levels back up in a timely manner. I’m just curious what everyone else runs when they’re on the ground and not in vehicles.

2 DMRs. One with kinetic Bolts and the other with extended magazine. I use that with the patrol case mod. Ammo for days people

Round 1: AR & Pistol
Round 2: Usually BR/Hybrid BR/H2BR & AR
Round 3: BR/Hybrid BR/H2BR & AR, Patrol Case
Round 4: BR/Hybrid BR/H2BR & Plasma Caster/Spartan Laser/The Answer, Patrol Case
Round 5: Phaeton Helios/Scorpion, typically

Level 3: EXT Mag AR, Sentinel BR.
Level 6: EXT Mag SMG, Sentinel Kinetic BR, Auto-Medic or Reflex Enhancers.
Level 9: EXT Mag SMG, Kinetic DMR, Auto-Medic.

The Extended Magazine automatic weapon is damn near a necessity at low levels. With the headshot damage bonus the AR has, it outclasses the SMG’s damage output and accuracy by a wide margin. The ability to spray and get a headshot where the SMG simply cannot is far more useful than an extra six rounds at the cost of accuracy. The Sentinel Battle Rifle is a key weapon when you’re trying to nail targets from afar. You should always use the Sentinel scope in Warzone Firefight if you have it available.

After you get it though, the extended magazine SMG is extremely convenient. 84 rounds of spray and pray goodness? Hell yeah, sign me up! I keep the BR for its use, as a sentinel scope + Kinetic does not a DMR outweigh quite yet. Auto-Medic is nice for being in the thick, Reflex enhancers can be too.

Finally, the SMG has become a staple and the Kinetic DMR outclasses the BR. Auto-Medic is the superior armor ability.

I’m quite the opposite in actual Warzone though. I go full silenced as soon as I can.

I usually go with the flow and always end up using vehicle or incineration canon on prometheans.

Great response! Thanks for the contribution. Yeah, I definitely run my AR extended clip as soon as I hit level 2, but by level 3 I feel having two good headshot options is better.

I’m with those who run Patrol Case. That’s too nice having all that ammo!

Level 3: Classic Scope BR + Extended Mags AR/Extended Mags Pistol

Level 6: Halo 2 BR + Extended Mags SMG + Advanced Sensors/Advanced Thrusters/Patrol Case/Advanced Shielding (goes for level 9 too)

Level 9: Halo 2 BR/Extended Mags DMR + SMG w/ Bayonet

  • REQ Lvl 3 to 4
    Longshot BR and Projection SMG - REQ Lvl 5 to 6
    DMR and Projection/Recon SMG with Kinetic Bolts - REQ Lvl 7, 8, and 9
    DMR with Extended Mag and Projection/Recon SMG with Kinetic bolts.

Favorite REQs: Railgun (any variant), Sniper/Beam, Typhon (sometimes), Incineration Cannon for dayz, Storm Rifles for earlier rounds against Covenant, SPNKr (any form), and Chaingun/Splinter Turrets.
Vehicles: Ghost Ultra, Oni/Hannibal Scorpion, Wasp (from about rounds 2-3. Maybe 4), Wraith (Sword, Ultra, or Temple), and the occasional Banshee Ultra.

Also, Patrol Case is by far the best REQ for WZFF lmfao.

I like these set ups.

I like running Plasma Nade or Splinter Nade expert. It’s easy to keep 3 nades stockpiled with all the various AI throughout the rounds.

REQ Level 2: Carbine / PP (if found) or Suppressor (if found) Vehicle: Warthog
REQ Level 3: Long Shot BR / Long Shot AR with Kinetic Bolts. Vehicle: Ghost almost always on REQ 3, as I hit it on wave 2. Great for splattering.
REQ Level 4: H2BR / Scourge of Fire
REQ Level 5: H2BR / Long Shot BR. AA: Wheelman. Vehicle: Sword Wraith or Gauss Hog
REQ Level 6: Sentinel DMR / DMR AA: Wheelman. Vehicle: Wraith Ultra or Mantis
REQ Level 9: Sentinel DMR / Scourge of Fire + Damage Boost AA: Advanced Shields or Wheelman Vehicle: ONI or Hannibal Scorpion

REQ Level 2: Magnum with Extended Mag | Magnum
REQ Level 3: Magnum with Extended Mag | BR Longshot BR
REQ Level 4: Recon BR with Kinetic Bolts | Longshot BR with Kinetic Bolts

Randomly getting power weapons or vehicles depending on objectives.

Man, the Magnum Extended Mag is one of the last loadout weapons I need. That’s gonna be really useful.

REQ Level 1: Rally Scout Warthog (Are you ready to repent? I’m talking to you, annoying Promethean Soldiers and arrogant Elites)
REQ Level 2: Rally Warthog (All about speed baby)
REQ Level 3: Sword Ghost (Easy for splattering and evading)
REQ Level 4: Ultra Ghost or Temple Ghost (Use for extra firepower)
REQ Level 5: Wheelman + Sword Wraith (Even more splattering power)
REQ Level 6: Wheelman + Tank beats everything, GG (Yes Warden, stop crying and moaning, your lasers are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC)
REQ Level 7 and above: Hannibal Mantis / Ultra Banshee / Phaeton (if I feel like it’s necessary, most often it’s not needed)

You can tell I don’t like using weapons, I prefer vehicles, because if you are smart with them, they qualify as infinite REQ weapons (over time)
