Hi, I’ve always been a solo player.
What are the best ways to find decent teammates in your experiece? (For arena)
There are so many options nowadays I feel like I don’t know where to start, as dumb as that sounds. I guess I don’t want to waste time looking in the wrong places. Being extremely introverted doesn’t help.
Thanks
PS. If anyone reading this wants to team it seems I’m a plat-diamond lvl player when I solo que, eastern Time zone, hours are extremely erratic but I have been playing quite a bit recently. Have mic but not a huge talker, will call out tho and listen

Find a Spartan Company with the same mindset that you have. If you’re looking for people to play with the recruitment tap could help.
If you’re looking for people to play arena with and have a good time overall check out : MGE
Typically, the more positive your K/D is at the end of the game the better chance anyone wants to play with you. Whether you won the match or were on the losing team, if you crush it, don’t be afraid to send an invite to the other players in the game that also went positive and did well. I’ve found some solid people to play with by doing this. Remember, nobody wants to backpack teammates who are just dead weight and don’t think about their K/D.
I either play with my kids, real life friends or just go solo. After spending over a decade on XBOX Live I’ve kind of lost the will to talk to people I don’t know anymore.

I’m in the exact same boat and have been for a while. I created a spartan company specifically for solo players looking to team up. I have no members besides myself right now but the focus is to get better and rank up together. If you’d like you can invite me (if I’m on) or you can join my Company called Tools of War.

I can agree all around in that. My Spartan company is just my kids & me
Got some friends be them online or irl that currently/want to play Halo 5? Ask 'em when they’re down to play sometime and get some fun going! - As you currently doing with this post, forums are a good way to attract some people to play with. Mostly the spartan company page on the forums is a good way to go about this but ask around in the appropriate part of the forums for looking to play with people is a good way to get some people to play with. - Random game chat: This one can be a hit/miss but sometimes you meet some really cool, chill, or really…‘interesting’ players when you start talking to people in game chat randomly. The internet really is a unique place to find some really unique people, I would know. Also it pays to be a casual player OP, or at least imo it does. I try not to be the competitive type, and plus some people just want to kick back, relax, and have a good time and not play to win all the time, just to have a good time and take their wins and losses. So generally being a casual player helps big time.

Please keep to the recruiting forums for things like this, thanks
Finding the right Spartan clan that has members that are online playing when you are is important. Otherwise, send invites to other players after matches, from the winning team and losing team.
