That one weapon. You can’t get kills with it, you always get killed with it, or you don’t like the style or history. Just post the name of the weapon, modle, and any known operations it served in. Or the type of gun and halo it was in.
I hate the DMR. All variants. I can’t use it but always die by it. It was used on Reach and Requium.

The Focus Rifle comes across a bizarre hybrid of the Sentinel Beam and Beam Rifle, and fails on both accounts of trying to be a sniper and interesting alien weapon. It lacks the awe and devastation of a proper sniper rifle and feels like a forced effort for Bungie to replace the Sentinel Beam since it wasn’t in Halo: Reach.
I mainly dislike the Brute Plasma Rifle due to its redundancy. Because Halo 2 was rushed, Bungie didn’t have the time to flesh-out the Brutes and make them compelling enemies. The Brute Plasma Rifle is a testament to that. The Spiker would have been an awesome weapon to introduce in Halo 2 had Bungie been given the time.
And don’t get me started on the Boltshot. The precision of a pistol with the devastating force of a shotgun; that’s BS. It combined with Halo 4’s loadout system ruined Halo 4’s multiplayer for me. In tight, people only ever used to boltshot and got cheap kills with it. If it must be in Halo 5, 343I must make it a power weapon.

The whole purpose and design of the weapon is just so -Yoinking!- stupid. If it cant do two or one shot kills from long range then its a failure of a sniper
