Simple enough; if there was another volume of short stories akin to Halo: Evolutions, what stories would you like to see?
Personally, I’d like to read about Thom, Noble’s previous Six. It’s a bit of a shame that Thom is never mentioned outside of the first cutscene of Reach.

I honestly would like to see Thom too, but also what happened to Linda, Kelly, and the rest of the SIIs and SIIIs after the war, Gek’s origins, and ONI’s operations over the past four or so years cough engineer facility on the Infinity cough cough.
While not very exciting or flashy, I’d love insight, beyond Halsey’s journal, into the dynamic between her, Keyes and Miranda. I’ve always found that whole situation interesting. They’re three very imporant Halo characters with a supremely intimate connection to one another and we don’t know much about it all.
“The Impossible Life and the Possible Death of Preston J. Cole” was my favorite story from Evolutions and I’ve had a wish for a story written in a similar manner, but it’s more of an idea for a full-length novel. So, from what’s left, “Headhunters” probably holds my interest most. I’d love to see another Headhunter duo or an earlier mission of Roland and Jonah.
For something in the “present” of the Halo 'verse, I want to know what’s happening with the San 'Shyuum and the Covenant Huragok. The hermitage of the Prophets interests me to a great deal. Wherever they’re at and whatever they’re doing, I’d have to imagine it can’t be good. I want a peak as to what it is. I’d dig it being from the perspective of a reasonable San 'Shyuum as well. Possibly one with reservations about how the Covenant operated. All we’ve ever seen out of their race is conniving and crazy. I’d like to imagine some of them have hearts of gold, but I could just be a softie.
I’d love to see an ancient human story, maybe the Fall of Charum Hakkor.
And though it is unofficial, you might like Halo: Revolutions. Yeah, it’s fan fiction and fan art, but it kills time.

Some time ago someone mentioned a story about 2401 Penitent Tangent and 05.
How the flood escaped and how the Gravemind got him. and maybe a little of what was is the Halo 2 Comversations book about it.
That is a Story I would like.
Also I would like a Story about Lord Terrence Hood. I little background on him wouldn’t hurt.

Yeah, I agree. I would like to see some flashback cut scenes in Halo 5, since Halsey is finally IN Halo “so to speak.” It sucks that Keyes and Miranda are dead though, it would have been interesting to see where they both played out in all of this if they were still alive.
I’d like to see the recruitment and training of the Spartan III’s. Halo reach only saw the end of them.

I’ll direct you to the novel Halo: Ghosts Of Onyx on that front. The novel deals with the origins of the Spartan III program and the training they went through. It’s a great read, one of my favourites.
As for possible short stories, I’d love to have a bit of fleshing out about the following:
SPARTAN IV’s, specifically the first Spartan IV’s. How they were selected and augmented etc.
The Assembly, first revealed in the Reach Datapads, they are intriguing and I think they would make a really interesting short story, shedding light on a mysterious part of the UNSC, a part no-one knows about.
