Throughout each Halo, i have always set my self a goal to work towards whilst enjoying the game.
On Halo 3 i set myself the following:
Obtain Katana and Security armor(which i got)
Beat Legendary (Which i did)
Get to an Officer (which i did and got to skill of 29, one off Major!)
Earn atleast 500 Exp (currently 545)
On Reach:
Legendary Solo (which i did)
Become one of the 7/Legendary ranks (which i did, Got to Noble!
Obtain GUNGNIR armor (have it all!)
On Halo 4
Legendary Solo (which i did)
SR130 (working on, SR78)
GUNGNIR (Working on 100+/535)
Commando (see above)
As you can see mine are nsimple ones but what i want to ask is, has anyone set them selves goals?
Additionally i dont want to hear complaints about any game nor do i want to hear something like “yes, the games boring”. If you do reply please stay on topic.
my only goal is to find a single Gunner or driver that doesn’t act like a moron
shooting at trees and rocks instead of the enemy right in front of us, or driving into everything, getting both of us killed
so far, this “goal” hasn’t been completed
Mine was right when I knew about the raider armor in halo 4, to obtain it.
I have obtained the Raider Helmet and chest armor, not the shoulders yet though…
My goal is to be the very best. Like no one ever was. To blast them is my real test, to pwn them is cause.
With Pokemon X and Y coming out…

I’ve found quite a few good drivers in Halo 4, I got drove around in exile with the GaussHog an went on a long spree.
Well in Halo 3 my goals where:
Get 100G (which i got)
Get enough exp to be a general got it)
Get the necesary skill to be a general (never got it, but i got to 47 in lone wolves)
I didn’t bought Reach so no goals there.
And on Halo 4 my goals are:
Get 1000G ( 700 + at the moment )
Get enough assasinations for the cool helm (no idea how many I have but im way to far on this one)
Get my K/d ratio to 2.0+ (1.95 at the moment)
*Hope they introduce an in game skill rating so i could get to 50 at least on Halo 4

The Venator armor? You need like 150, how come you didnt get Reach tho if you dont mind me asking?

Its hard to achieve this one.

Halo 4 is probaly one of the funnest games out there IMO.
finish campaign on legendary solo, Check! that was my first time doing that for a halo game too, i guess i’v gotten alot better than my earlier attempts.
Get to max rank, something that shouldn’t be very hard since theres only 130. I really think 343 should think about adding more.
My Halo 4 goal is to master the game Canon-like.
1.- Complete all Spartan Ops missions on Legendary Solo (25/50, waiting for the remaining Episodes)
2.- Campaign on Legendary Solo (Complete)
3.- And complete all the enemy commendations (Working on it…)
My sole Halo 4 goal:
Try to stand playing the broken variant of the game long enough for the Title Update to release.
Rank up to 130 and complete all achievements. That is all.

Dont you get armor rewards or stances for point 3?

I would bother with all achievements but there is always one or two DLC cheevos i never get.
