I was recently looking through my posts, and ended up clicking to the end. It got me wondering, and nostalgic for the days in the beginning of 343i and these forums.

Are there some of you old school poster’s still out there? I sure hope so. I have recently started frequenting these forums to try and keep the Halo faith.
I used to go on here a lot, but I never got into the forums until about a week ago I think. This place is such a great community and I forgot how much fun the people in the Halo community can be. We’re kinda broken, but we’re coming back, I know it. I think the Halo community has been getting stronger recently and I think it’s awesome that guys like yourself have been carrying the torch for halo faithfully. Thank you, and remember, Spartans Never Die…
That was over 18,900+ posts ago, but I’m sure it was something complaining about Halo: Glasslands.
I have’t been on the forums that long, but I remember my first post commenting on the release date of the printed copy of Halo: New Blood.
It was for a contest for a figure in 2011. Didn’t think that was my first but that is what Waypoint says it was.

Thanks for doing that for both of you. I enjoyed checking those both out. I also started clicking on some familiar names to see if they’re still around and posting. Cobra, so far, has the longest running membership time.

I’ve always been a bit embarrassed that what got me started here was desperately trying to get a DLC code, but I guess 343i needed some way to get people to try the new site, and it seemed to have worked for me.
I think it’s great that our post histories now go all the way to the beginning, but at the same time, I think it’s terrible that our post histories go back to the beginning.
I’m too lazy to look, I’m pretty sure I was being a dumb person ranting about the H4 specialization codes.
It was on the February 14 2014 Friday Caption Fun thread, back when bs angel had it up and running. The threads since disappeared (seeing how an error comes up every time I try to access the final page of my posts on my profile), but it was a winner.
