This takes me back to the first time I got my hands on an Original Xbox, my first Halo game was Halo Combat Evolved.

Then, I spent way to much time playing Halo Custom Edition.

Halo CE casually, but the first I owned was Halo 2. Pier pressure and hype made me cave and Iā€™m happy I did.

Itā€™s fun to look back at my stats as a kid who never played an FPS and compare them to now inside MCC and such.

Halo 3 was my first. And, my God, it is BEAUTIFUL!

Halo 3 was my first introduction to the saga, even better playing it with a friend in his house.

Halo: Combat Evolved on the original Xbox. I started playing myself at four years old, in 2004, and once I beat the campaign on Easy for CE shortly after Halo 2 released, I started playing that as well and the rest is history. Been playing every Halo since. I started playing online multiplayer late in the lifetime of Halo 3 around 2009, and now Iā€™m SR 152 in Halo 5, made Champion rank in Snipers for Halo 5, and am geared up and ready to tackle Halo Infinite alongside my brother whom also made SR152 last night.

Halo: Combat Evolved when I was 7 or 8. Was always at a friendā€™s place playing it. If it wasnā€™t for him having an Xbox and Halo, Iā€™d probably never have bought myself an Xbox 360, and Halo: Reach back in 2010 to continue playing Halo.

Halo 2 technically, watched my dad play CE on PC but never played it until after I already played Halo 2 on Xbox

Reach back in 2010 as a present from my grandpa.

Back on Christmas 2004, my brother and I got an xbox, 2 controllers and a copy of Halo 2.
Bought a copy of Halo CE a year later and have been playing every Halo game at release since then.

Reach a few months after release
3 stuck on Cortana
CEA at launch

Then in 2015 I played a game labeled as Halo 5 but Iā€™m pretty sure that was an error

I got lost playing 343 Guilty Spark after discovering the Flood and trying to navigate my way out. It took a while for little kid me to figure that one out.

Halo Reach! My partner and I played in chronological order of the story for my first time. Not looked back since :blush:

Halo CE. Blood Gulch. Big team CTF. System link. I drove a warthog after spending a few minutes struggling with the controls. Found a ā€œsecret caveā€ and thought I was a boss. It was where OV spawns lol. I was 12. Joined after hearing older guys cheering from behind their house in a sunroom as my friends and I were walking the streets playing basketball.

To be honest, I have similar memories now which is weird because it was only certain missions and moments which in hindsight? Werenā€™t funny or memorable, but now they are. Either way, good to see another OG still kicking it on Halo.

Halo CE on launch day I used to go down to my local EB games every dinnertime to play silent cartographer on demo unit in storeā€¦

my older cousin and my dad did late night halo CE co-op sometimes and i loved to watch. i was terrible at multiplayer and single player scared me, especially the flood, so i didnā€™t play too much but halo 2 through 4 i got on release and even a few mp betas. probably spent the most time glitching out of bounds on every halo 2 map and playing halo 3 + reach multiplayer.
