I’m repeatedly being booted from games with the error “One or more members of your Fireteam has changed”! This last Saturday it happened twice and I was banned for 40 minutes and then 1 hour! It happened again today prior to my game even starting and I received a 3 hour ban. I have very good internet, an open NAT, and I’m puzzled as to why this error is happening, also when it happens I’ve been banned there after nearly every time…I don’t regularly quit games or dodge maps, this error has occurred frequently and doesn’t allow me to finish games
Help?
I’ve only DNF in 6 of my last 100 matches and I was only negative in one of those matches…I’m not quitting and 4 of those 6 DNF were in the last 3 days…This errors killing me…

Yeah I’m in the same boat, I just want to play! I hate that I’m being banned and I honestly don’t deserve it
I’m having the same issues. It has only started after the Memories of Reach update. Fix this issue, 343. I’m about ready to rage quit until you fix this issue. it’s a big one.

Mine started post update as well! Can everyone like the post and share it! I’d really like avoiding a week long ban!
Before this bug I have a near perfect game completion record. Now I have been kicked out of at least 3 warzone games and 5 arena games. 343, fix your game and clean my slate. Halo 5 is my favorite game, and this bug is screwing my gaming experience. Fix your game.
You might try power cycling your whole system, including the Xbox. Cut the power to the modem, router, and xbox. Turn the modem on then router and last the xbox. I’ve been having the same problem. My NAT kept switching from Open to strict or moderate for whatever reason. After I did the complete power cycle the xbox would ramdomly change back to moderate. I would then only power cycle the xbox and it would switch back to Open. I go into settings, network, and check to see if it’s open before I even start playing everyday. I believe the error is probably from people getting dropped from games for whatever reason and then the server starts warping players into the game that is already in progress to keep the players even on both sides.
I mostly play warzone so it doesn’t effect me as much as far as bans when I get kicked. Since I did all of the above it hasn’t happened again to me so far (1week). I still get dropped into games probably 40% of the time.
One more thing… if none of the above helps, unfortunatly it’s a 343 problem. At the end of a game after I see the carnage report and then back out of the warzone lobby I hit Y to open the req pack I got from a daily win and the game crashes. I haven’t gotten a DNF for that, luckily. Like usual they’re having problems as always after an update…
Since the update this game is near unplayable for me, it crashes at random 2/3 of the time. I get thrown out of games constanty, this needs to stop! I get the fireteam has chaged glitch three or four times a day, and another where i just get kicked back to the lobby like nothing ever hapened, not to mention the loss of boosts, some of which are legendary. This is not my problem! I have done everything i can and have greeat internet, its just halo 5! 343, fix this! Im losing my mind over this and going insane, im suprised i havent had a mental breakdown and put a sledge hammer to my xbox. I want to play halo 5, not mid game or worse, 2 min or less of a match loose everything and get kicked back to the lobby for seemingly no reason. I have lost literly several hours on multiple day jusy trying to FINISH a match.

I’ve power cycled everything and to no success unfortunately…But I did play a few games last night without getting the error…Just worries me to play a lot because my last ban was 3 hours…
I guess its just the usual after update garbage! I’ve been lucky this time, it hasn’t hit me hard. I usually only play warzone… I’m not good enough to play competitve so the banhammer doesn’t hit me too hard.

So far this has worked. I recommend unplugging everything after disconnecting from the internet on your xbox. then re-plug everything and re connect to the internet. Hopefully this is a viable solution.
Worked for me, until now I’ve been kicked two games in a row resulting in a 1 hour ban, and a 3 hour ban…The first game had 1 kill left in the game, my team was winning and I was playing the best, then banned for an hour! The second game I was kicked as soon as the cinematic started and then banned 3 hours…Both times I received “Your Fireteam as changed” error

I agree! Fortunately for me it isn’t all the time but for 2-3 days that’s exactly how I feel…How can I play worried I’ll get an error and a 9 hour ban?
I’ve been having the same issue I’ll be in the middle of a match playing a close score game and about 5 to 10 minutes in it kicks me to the lobby and says my fireteam has changed or it will be showing the endga

Issue has not stopped. I haven’t completed a single game of warzone in days because of this glitch happening anytime another player leaves a game. I’m getting DNFs when I’m obviously positive KDA and on winning teams with no desire or need to leave.
