Is any one getting random disconnected from halo 5 with it saying your fireteam had change and send you back to lobby? And do you know how to fix?

Did you ever figure this out because now it’s doing it to me as well and it’s really -Yoink!- me off. Middle of matches and suddenly I’m booted back to the main menu with that message saying my fireteam has changed. Even when I’m playing solo
Been an issue since the update… No fix and no mods have responded to my knownledge
