I have several favourites (most notably from Sgt. Johnson and Stacker) and I have to go with Stacker’s “Well it’s nice knowing you all!” (said quickly when stuck by a plasma grenade). That or the classic “I can see myself in your visor… Pretty.”
I usually play ODST firefight and would share some of the lines if they weren’t bugged. I can’t recall most of the lines that alpha nine drop, but the one I do remember is Johnson going bip bap bam!
I like the voice lines in Halo Reach Firefight, where Master Chief says “Maybe I am a demon” and “Guess they can stick it.” The former being awesome, and the latter being hilarious, because he says that only when you get stuck by a plasma grenade. That voice line specifically references the original Halo 2 demo with the cut campaign mission, along with a cutscene which has Master Chief holding a plasma grenade. Before the cutscene ends, Cortana tells the Chief “Betcha can’t stick it” with Master Chief replying “You’re on.”

I use the rookie and noble six became I don’t like hearing the same stuff getting repeated over and over. I have heard buck say some funny things, the AI’s are funny too.
