Your 'Favorite Weapon', according to the SR

In a person’s service record on Halo 4, there is a tab that says ‘Favorite Weapon’ with the name of a weapon next to it. Obviously the weapon that is listed is the weapon that that person has gotten the most kills with. I’ve heard that this includes War Games, Campaign, and Spartan Ops. My question is if it also includes Custom Games. I’ve just been curious about this lately and was wondering if anyone on here knew. One of my friends told me he thinks it does, but he’s not completely sure.

It includes everything.

Kills in all game modes, that means Campaign, Spartan Ops, War Games Matchmaking AND Custom games count towards your most used weapon statistic.

You can get every weapon in the game as “favourite” weapon, this includes grenades and turrets (even the Shade Turret).

Things you can’t get listed as your most used weapon are vehicles of any kind, objective weapons such as the flag or oddball, the auto-turret, melee (both normal and flood melee, “flood claw”), and any kind of ‘unusual’ kills, such as kills by the guardians, falling damage, collision damage or explosions.

According to my stats, my favourite weapon is the Assault Rifle, with 3024 kills. Less than 200 kills from AR mastery :slight_smile:

EDIT: it should be noted that the AR is actually my favourite weapon, and has been since CE

Mine is the Covenant Carbine as it states, with 5048 kills with it.

Mine is the DMR, with 11.256 Kills. Mostly from Spartan Ops…

My actual favorite weapon is the Spartan Laser. I’m working on it to get it the most used weapon.

I love the Halo 4 AR but I wish it said most used instead of favorite. That title is reserved for the shotgun in my case.

Battle Rifle is my ‘favorite weapon’ with 4423 kills.

Last I checked, DMR is my most used weapon and I’m pretty sure it’s the same right now.

DMR is my most used, mainly from the pre-weapon tuning patch, as it was the only really viable choice in big team. Now the other rifles and weapons are seeing much more usage where as I’m barely using the DMR anymore, but It’s still my best gun lol.

Mine is DMR, Spartan Ops and MM make that up. AR is probably my favorite overall weapon.

Mine is the DMR, which I only used the most because it was the easiest to use. My favorite is probably the BR though.

I wish you could select the weapon that was your favorite so whenever somebody checked out your Service Record they could see which weapon really was your favorite.

My “favourite” according to the Service Record is the BR, with 1426 kills. In reality it’s my favourite loadout weapon, with ACT skin, but my favourite including Power Weapons is the Railgun, I love it.
