So we all should have had one moment by now where you have been an unstoppable killing machine or something truly amazing has happened.
Yesterday i was in big team on exile and had 43 kills and 3 deaths. The first half of the game was me in the tank in which i got 31 kills and an invincible medal. The second half consisted of me getting an additional amount of kills on foot nearly matching those who had been on foot all game.
Another game I just entered the game and immediately threw two plasma grenades at enemies on the top of abandon. Resulting in two Hailmarys as soon as i entered the game.
my epic moment. Playing the MP for an hour this past friday, …opening my disc tray, looking at the Halo 4 CD, and putting it back in it’s case while shaking my head. Epic because I love Halo so much. I thought it would stay in my xbox for months on end like H3 & Reach did. oh well. just a game I suppose.

I was playing Regicide and joined a game late (curse you JIP!). I was taking people out left and right, and saw the King jetpacking. I bounced up, completed the Air-ssassination and took over as King just as the game finished.
Sadly? Not really much. Probably just the few moments of. ‘Wow… i did that?’ I’m not the best player. Hell, I play Flood mostly. Though I’m loving this Dominion stuff.
The best I’ve probably done was sadly one of the games that booted people out. 9 kills with a sniper in the first minute. Was pretty amusing till we all black screened and it lost host four times.
Then, playing Dominion on Longbow. Charlie base, I’m the only person protecting it. I saw a red dot, switched to my sniper rifle and waited for him to walk around the corner. Turns out two others moved around the corner at the same time and I got a triple. -.-;; I… literally freaked because it never happens. My bro had been watching me and just laughed. He’s a lot better at this then I.
My first regicide win. No amazing feats during the game or anything, just steady gameplay. It was a huge deal for me because I never, NEVER won a lone wolf match in H3, or a Rumble Pit in Reach, nor were my previous forays into Regicide a very promising expectation.
Im an older player, having more familiararity with Space Invaders, Missile Command a joystick and button, only having an xbox just 3 years ago, the controller was and still is to a degree a very alien thing for me.
So winning at regicide (and a few more have followed) was a huge deal for me, not to mentioned I’ve kept my k/d hovering between 1.25 and 1.3.
Shortly after getting the game, playing on Longbow.
Near the beginning of a game, killed some guy who had a SpLazer, grabbed it.
Crossed the top of a snowy hill, saw 3 guys scrambling to get into a warthog - guess they didn’t know they were still the same deathtraps they were in reach.
SpLazer charging as the last guy trys to get into the gunner position… come on come on change already
pew pew BOOM!
Nice little triple kill, sweet!.. like a boss.
…our team still lost.
edit: splazer makes me feel like such a vehicle killing troll sometimes lol…
Had one the other day which I actually filmed in theater and saved to file share.

In words, I jumped off the top of the back steps in Haven and landed on the king while he was in the middle of a big firefight and snapped his neck from on top of his back in front of everyone. Was sweet.
Slayer match on Harvest about a week ago. We were trailing 580 to 560 and the other team had the momentum. They had both warthogs and were using them effectively.
I managed to grab the Spartan laser spawn. Two well-timed shots and double kills later we had the victory 600 to 580. Not the most epic Halo moment ever, but felt great to me since I’m fairly average.
Closest moment of badass in the campaign had to be this.
Ditching the Mantis, which is now guarded by a bunch of fuel rod Grunts, and fighting a Covenant army on foot, and later, in a Wraith. Barely enough DMR ammo, no plasma pistol. And I did this with 11 skulls on (minus Blind and Iron). Died and reverted many times to find the perfect path. Could have been done faster if I didn’t get so cautious while in the Wraith.
I don’t know. I put up solid scores most of the time. I get some Perfections. I kill some people. All-in-all, however, I really don’t find much in this game to be ‘epic’.
I must say that my mate who doesn’t actually own this game enjoyed both smacking the Banshee cross-map on Ragnarok with a Railgun and firing the Apocalypse Cannon at a lone dude down at their base only to miss and annihilate their full Hog as it moved past the back of the base.

There are many moments, but the only one I can think of is playing Team Slayer and I had 19 kills and 0 death.
But I did end up with 21 kills and 2 deaths… Haha.
