Your Biggest Disappointment

Which of all the poll options was your biggest disappointment in Halo 4

I knew Halo 4 would be very different so in my opinion it passes as a great game. My biggest disappointment however has been the instant spawning being added to Halo multiplayer.

i wanted a halo 3 feel- kind of had that
I wanted offline bots- did not get that (4 player split screen)
I wanted playable flood- partly got that wanted them for slayer, ctf ect and customizable

The Campaign.

I’m not going to lie about it, in comparison to Halo Reach, the only thing 343i did better than Bungie did was with the cinematic cutscenes and Spartan Ops (to make up for Halo 4’s short and forgettable campaign). Everything else can be considered a bust.

Should have put DLC in the poll…

My biggest disappointment really has been the downward customer relationship with the players and constant silence. Can’t say I will get the next Halo really but I sure wont be preordering.

My 2nd disappointment is the mess the Multiplayer has become for me.

And my 3rd complaint is Spartan OPS. Its not at all fun and very repetitive. Maybe 343 should had just commissioned some one to make a CGI series instead. The concept seemed great but it kind of failed IMO in terms of fun and re-playability.

343 needs to take some serious notes from everyone. To fans to the lowest common denominator.

Nothing anymore, this is why.

If I had one though, it would be customs.

The players, oh wait, it’s not on the poll.

I liked the campaign for what it was, but at the end it left me feeling kind of empty. We never got to see any other returning characters or figure out what had happened in the years we’ve been sleeping. The Storm Covenant never got a good background explanation and the Didact was a huge letdown in terms of him being in the game and his backstory.

It had beautiful visuals, glorious sound and there were parts that had a good sense of mystery to them, like the Requiem mission where you come out of the tunnel to see the structures, that was awesome.

It was overall a good campaign, but I don’t know that it was a good sequel to Halo 3, due to my reasons above. It would have been better if it was called Halo: Requiem or something else, because other than Chief and Cortana being in it, there is really no way it could be a sequel to Halo 3.

Yeah I always thought that the Reclaimer trilogy should be renamed to something else besides “Halo” with the Halo rings not exactly being involved anymore. But do to marketing and making people familiar with the franchise it makes sense to call it Halo 4.

This exactly. It was a great campaign, I just felt like it could have of been more. Two more missions would’ve made all the difference.

You no has theater mode as an option. I had big hopes for it. But I can just 'shop the pics, so it isn’t a big deal.

Where’s the “OVER DRAMATIC COMMUNITY” option.

No music poll?

“facepalme”
“faceplam”
“facepalm”
“facehalo1,2,and 3”
“face343i”
“facebungie”
“facecar”

None of the above.

The lack of Theater for Campaign and Spartan Ops was my biggest disappointment.
