I was on Coliseum and I thew a sticky grenade at the sniper spawn to get the combat evolved medal.
Yeah, no the grenade went off and the sniper flew off the map. xD
What are some of your best fails? 
I get a little too anxious when I have the rocket launcher and I know someone is about to run around the corner; I jump in the air thinking Ill get this sick killā¦noā¦ I end up killing myself by shooting at the wall or something.

Iām glad Iām not the only who does that. Gosh, especially when I have the AD Victoriam. That three shot just kills me lol
I once tried to Ground Pound a Banshee boss on Noctus. It got blown up by the enemy team, and I got shot to pieces.
I was on Raid on Apex 7 in a Wasp that was about to blow. I jumped out to board an enemy tank, but my game glitched out and would not let me board even though I was obviously right behind it. Then, my teammates destroyed it, taking out my shields. An enemy SMG finished me off.
Teammateās accidental grenade fail.

Mine would be. Iām in a gun fight, I decide to throw a sticky made a teammates is trying to assist me. I stick them then they jump backwards and fly into me.

I was having a bit too much fun with the Pro Pipe on the Skirmish at Darkstar Assualt map and was on a triple kill so I decided to get the Over. I shot a made but it bounced back and hit me :3

Once I got a nornfang in super fiesta and accidentally shot too close to the ground and killed myself. rip
I was jumping trough a man launcher and a team mate came behind me with a ghost and came with me once I landed he landed on me and I died.

This fail wasnāt as important as it was spectacular: everything that couldāve gone wrong, did. Itās a long story so bear with me:
I joined a game of doubles on the new Empire. Me and my random teammate immediately went for the sniper rifle. I got to it first and got a nice shot on the first guy coming round the circle thing that separates the power weapon spawn from the enemy base. Me and my teammate then cleaned up the second guy. I then proceeded to get like four consecutive headshots with the sniper. Because of this, I thought, āHey, maybe I should go for Perfection.ā Iāve tried to get Perfection before and the closest I ever got was around eight kills. But (not to offend anyone), these guys sucked. We consistently beat them to Overshield, shotgun, sniper, etc. They couldnāt kill us because of our momentum and our power weapons. I started racking up kills. 10, 11, 12, all without dying. My teammate died four times, making the score near the end 24-4.
At this point I had 14 kills, and I knew I needed the last kill. I had a shotty and a sniper, so I though it would be cake.
The first thing that went wrong was I missed the sniper shot.
I jumped around the corner and tried to quickscope the guy sitting blue base and peeking out. The shot hit him in the body, knocking down his shield, but not killing him. My forward momentum carried me to the bottom of ramp, near mid. Of course, the Overshield spawned ten seconds ago. The first time one guy on the other team beat us to a power weapon, he picked it up. And charged me with an AR. I pumped him with a shell. His shield held. I pumped him with another shell, and his shield broke. I was about to pump him with a third shell when the guy blue base that I failed to kill headshot me with a magnum. The guy with the OS got cleaned up by my teammate, finishing the game 25-5. I had fourteen kills, and one death.
I immediately shut off the XBOX and walked outside. I sat down in the grass and stayed there for about five minutes. I know itās a pretty childish thing to get upset about, but that would have been my first Running Riot, let alone a Perfection. Iāve never gotten close to either since.

Your game didnāt glitch. The guy probably saw you coming down to board him, so he exited the tank. Itās the only counter to being boarded from the back, because it takes away the enemies option to board, and theyāre to far away from an entry point to hop in as well. If they arenāt paying attention you can hop out, take them down with an SMG, and hop back in the tank like nothing happened. Itās high-risk though because if they kill you, not only are you dead, but now they have your tank O.o
yesterday i was playing super fiesta and i killed a guy with prophets bane and gavel with a rocket. I got killed by a guy who was just spamming plasma caster who didnt even see me and i got no kills
I killed myself with a rocket launcher a million times because I jumped too high and shot a piece of the ceiling that was hanging down.
Wanted to test the pro pipe in Warzone FF before using it for the first time so I shot it in the empty base and it bounced back and killed me.
And the worst was way back in a Free For All match where I got the over shield and a guy circled me and kept melee hitting me, when I tried turning around to shoot him we were turning in the same direction so was always ahead of me so I just ended up sitting there taking a million punches before I finally died.
