I was playing in halo infinite earlier in my xbox and when I just went on now (as it went live 20 mins ago) it says my account is not authorised?
Is anyone else having this issue? I am authorised to go on this flight and it was working earlier
Have yet to be able to get in for the same reaaon… So yes. I submitted and official ticket…
I am going to guess.maybe XBL Gold expired? I didn’t see it listed under game requirements but maybe I just missed it.

Literally same issue for steam (pc) at the moment and I was in there before during the last play session.
Clearing out any related save data wherever you downloaded it seems to fix it for most people.
Hard reset (hold power button down till turn off) worked for me. Also not having any other account except authorized account signed in.

This fixed it for me on Xbox… Not sure how on steam.
