If on console go to game file and delete the 1GB saved file and then launch game.

Trying to log in again for second heat. Still same error. This is ridiculous.

Yup this is absolute garbage, support isn’t even helpful either. Explained to them I’m signed into the right account and no other users and they still asked me to double check, completely useless. I’ve been having this issue since it launched, only managed to play 2 matches against bots before it happened again now I’m permanently out.

I just received another invite from 343 inviting me to beta (35 min ago). I tried to sign in again. Same exact issue.

Delete the 1GB save file and it will fix it.
