Hey Guys, So I was wondering with all these butthurts raging, I mean do feel bad my brother got LE, but no one is going to get banned. I contacted a Xbox Admin and they said “You can NOT get banned for getting anything listed as free” Just a heads up!

No,but I do think all the people that did pay should get something that everyone else cannot access. That would only be fair.

Yes, absolutely nobody will get banned. The worst that can happen is they could invalidate/revoke the people who got it for free. Yes they can do this, and yes they can see who got it for free as well.
In recent years, whenever Microsoft accidentally makes content free (which is usually in a different region’s marketplace like Hungary or China) they may eventually invalidate this content. I have no clue as to whether or not it will happen in this case, since we’re dealing with tens of thousands of people who got the maps for free, but it’s a possibility. Basically, enjoy it while you can.
I cant see anyone being banned for a mishap. Makes no sence when clearly MS had a issue today.

can you ask what he thinks they’ll do for people who bought them i.e. refund?
Like I said in the other thread MS actually owns up to their mistakes, they’re not going to punish you over their mistakes.
