It will still be a big launch for Halo 5, but the amount of buyers will be dwindling, I can guarantee. I do not share the opinion of traditional Halo reviving it though (I do think rethinking features in Halo 4 is vital toward improving it), my view is a bit more cynical: Halo is going to fall further from spotlight no matter what.

This is the first Halo game I’ve legitimately had issues with.
I’ll admit I wasn’t fond of some of the features in Reach, but they weren’t as irritating and game breaking as what I’ve seen in Halo 4. Even though this game has given us some nice features, the cons really outweigh the pros.
I enjoy the game for what it is, every game has it’s flaws. I’d rather address them in a proper manner than what part of the community does.

I suggest trading the game in or going on Kijiji and doing a swap with something that individuals would enjoy.
Once again, I say that in earnest and not to be a jerk No one needs to tolerate a game, which is supposedly to be a source of enjoyment.
i don’t know why all the people complain
could be worst i mean, at least Halo just don’t offers us a simple easy gameplay (compared to others FPS) and a copy-paste every year.
I think a lot of people complain about H4 in the hope that changes and compromises will be reached, in order to make the game more enjoyable for more people.
On the other hand there are a small minority who just seem to enjoy complaining
They seem to have the attitude, I don’t enjoy this game, so I will try to turn others against it too. That minority are not true halo fans, and are no loss to the game.
We complain because e truly love Halo gameplay. We don’t go into Black Ops 2 forums to complain because we don’t care about that game. By voicing our issues here, our hope is that 343 will fix them. Do you not wish some issues were addressed?
I don’t want to play Halo 3, it’s too old. So don’t just tell me to play something else. Because I want to enjoy Halo 4 and I know it could be so much better with a few changes.

Like the OP said, people are hating on this game. But soon, everyone will come back and enjoy it like it is the best Halo ever. And by soon I mean when hipsters give Halo 4 a chance. Then the public will flock to Halo 4.

Its getting tougher and tougher to tolerate this game, I try to give it a chance cause halo was my favorite game of all time but its too much some times.
I’m doing it to be funny. Anyway, Halo 4 should have more UNSC vehicles. More people might play it.
