Should that medal be included in the Game?
They way I though it could work:
-When you lose a match. Right before it ends. You hear the announcer saying “You suck”. Then you are awarded the medal.
-Or if you lose big time. 50 to 20. Right before it ends. You hear the announcer saying “You suck”. Then you are awarded the medal.
The only problem I can see with the medal would be. People would lose on purpose just so they can hear the announcer say that.
I think it should be awarded when someone forgives you for betraying them.
“You can stay in the game, but you’re really bad at throwing grenades”
That would not be fun for the people that are not good it would drop there moral with the game. meaning they would go to a different game. nuf said
I’m sure BerzerkCommando would earn plenty of these metals. 
Seriously, it will never happen. 343 will never create a medal awarding for poor performance. Even asking for it is pretty juvenile.
Players already have a very hard time accepting the fact they’re worse than what they think they are, how will they take hearing this after the majority of their games?

How would it lower their moral? If anything. It would be a good laugh for them.
If it did lower their moral. They shouldn’t be playing video games to begin with.
No thanks. Not everyone has the same sense of humor and appreciates being put down if they try their best. I prefer something positive.
A you suck medal should be awarded when you have more rocket launcher kills then bullet/plasma fireing weapon kills.

You get one trite idea as such and it snowballs.
Besides, why do we need a medal when TU’ers try to remind Vanilla enjoyers that “they broke Halo”?
How about it should be awarded when you commit suicide? I remember one game where it did something very similar.
LOL! That would be great if they could give that medal to people who betray =D
It would be nice to know that announcer would say that, but no medal.
They should give it for betrayals! Can you imagine that? “Blam- you suck” (Insert caboose voice) “But, i was only helping!”
Crysis 2 have a “medal thing” called Drunk and Disorderly
“Play after 11:30pm and come in the bottom third 3 times in a row”
