You should not be able to board with active camo

Yeah, and your should not be able to shoot with a damage boost either! It just isn’t fair to everyone!! Also, a speed boost with an energy sword is cheaper than the clearance rack at Walmart.

Hmm, I think its a legitimate stratagy however i feel boarding vehicles is a little over powered with the mobility in this new halo. The maps barely give any room for vehicles and you can be jumped out on very quickly. I think they need to bring back the 4 step procedure when boarding heavy vehicles.

  1. Board
  2. Punch Hatch
  3. Remove Hatch
  4. Plant Granade

Each with a 0.7 second delay. This gives chance to people to call for help. and if there is no help then unlucky. THis would make Camo much more usefull and dependant if you want to take down a tank. Its annoying when you get boarded there isn;t even enough time for you to be saved. Also want to bring up the issue that as you transition from the ground to the vehicle you are invincible so if a tank shoots your boarder during this transition your kind of screwed anyway.

My personal favorite is using camo to take down big vehicles, so deal with it. I’ve never gotten hatemail from it. You know what I have gotten hate mail from? Farming laser kills on noctus.

Here’s how you do that:

Spawn in your core room, spawn a laser, aim at their garage if they own one (only works well if they own one garage) then wait until you see a vehicle start coming out, since they have a wait time for control, you can pre charge even the tiniest bit and walk out of your base just before you fire, deal huge damage and go back inside, making you a huge pain in the -Yoink-.

its a good strategy. so is sitting back with active camo and a sniper.

Watch your motion tracker.

That actually sounds like a good way to finally get my Splaser commendation. Though, I’m not sure I could bring myself to do it.

This is actually a good idea. Pain in the butt to wait for stuff to come out, but I might start doing that later.

Lol. Learn to spot them or roll with teammates.

With a mindset like that I don’t see why you should be able to spawn in REQs at all. It seems that everything that can kill you while having a powerful REQ is wrong. Let’s all just play with loadout weapons instead then, no one can be mad at that!
(And in comes the hate)

That’s how I finished mantis destroyers a while back lol

I completely disagree if you couldn’t I wouldn’t have become the tread Lord by doing This.

Hmm interesting. I only know I’m boarded when my controller vibrates indicating a grenade has been planted. Active camo boarders are the most infuriating part of Halo 5 to me. Especially when you spawn a tank to turn the tide of a losing battle and the active camo guy with the answer who’s camping your core for cheap kills IMMEDIATELY destroys your hard earned vehicle.

Players like you are poison to the community in my opinion. Nothing personal. Trolls ruin everything they touch. The core shield is meant to work as a safe haven, not a camp spot/cheap shot site. 343 has been amazing in their achievement with Halo 5 even including it’s flaws, the player base leaves much to be desired in many respects.

Glad to hear that man. I seek fellow players with respect towards others and an honorable way about them in battle.

How would this sound as a psuedo-counter: When an Active Camo user gets closer to a vehicle, their camo becomes increasingly disrupted from the radiowaves coming from the vehicle they’re trying to hijack. If they get close enough, their position will be exposed. Sounds a bit silly, but it could work.
