sounds like bots sound make an appearance in custom games
if they can play on ragnarok and complex for spartan ops im sure they can swap out the models for just spartan and maybe elites for halo 5.
its possible though many said it could not be done this is another way that they proved that bots could and can work in halo.
im not even asking them to be on matchmaking just custom.
I would buy the dlc if they were in it if MS was worried about money loss as people would not but gold.
