All I read of these forums are people asking for this and that. You guys are walking right into disappointment. You won’t get any of it. Nothing. There very well be some good ideas but don’t hold your breath. Stop posting, leave it to the guys that know how to write a well done post with follows who know their -Yoink- from their elbow.

Your exactly right. In the end it comes down to money. Bungie sold out and we got reach… and a whole bunch of poser fans. 343 will do the same to compete with other games to make money. This forum is just an illusion to make people think that they care what we have to say
It’s called modernizing Halo. And you honestly think Microsoft is telling them what to make? Microsoft is a publisher who gives developers the most freedom. I mean, they LET Fable turn into a crappy series, if they just wanted sales, they could have controlled that.
I mean, we can always let EA publish a Halo game. IF you think it’s bad now, look at other game publishers.

Correct! Yay! You speak the truth, but the truth is heresy amongst us. Fans will complain regardless. But what you said is very right. People need to wake up and realize reality, and that is that Microsoft wants money. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is all they see in Halo 4.

I don’t care what they are scheming. All I know is that I will enjoy the game just like every other halo game and play it with friends, that’s all that matters. I still get my halo…
I will give it a chance. And I am positive about the singleplayer. But I’m not riding their warthogs about it. You know im right. If you don’t agree I don’t care…

the guys at 343 aren’t -Yoinks!-
ever since bungie retired from halo, all the weight of the Halo series was set on 343’s shoulders.
since very few of us knew what 343 could do, our only reassurance was that Frankie was in their ranks, we never thought about what they would do yet
then they came out with waypoint, which seems pretty successful based on the number of people actively using it.
as support to reach, 343 then came with CEA, which was designed as both;
a) a gift to the fans, and a chance for new Halo fans to catch up
b) a helper for reach, giving it some new maps to play on
now that 343 has the trust of Most halo fans, they won’t throw it all away by making a crappy game as their first full impression
if 343 is just out there to make money, then they would have never existed,
Microsoft knows that Halo is too good of a franchise, and too good of a money maker to let die down, so they formed a group of people that WANT halo to survive, not people that want money
