If it’s human combat forms, they have bad range. If it’s Elite combat forms, stay far away.
To deal with 1st rocket launcher Flood, frag him. If he isn’t there, he’s probably behind the corner. Shotgun him.
To deal with the rocket launcher Flood on the bridge, let the Banshees reduce their number, kill the Banshees, then jump to the other bridge and shoot them down like this.
To deal with the pulse generator #2 Flood that spawn later, throw a plasma grenade towards the door then shoot at the first Elite combat form you see with the shotgun.
To deal with the tunnel Flood, just use long range Banshee bombs. Or just fly past them and trigger the loading point and they’ll disappear.
To deal with the Flood after the busted door, bring a Ghost.
The rest is a piece of cake. To get to the Banshee more easily, shoot the Wraith on the left side of the Banshees from long range with 2-3 rockets.
Easier said than done. I’m playing it on Easy and stuck in the exact same place and I have Bandana skull on. I keep unloading my rockets to the other side of the bridge while spamming grenades, still I keep getting rocket sniped as well. My sniper rifle is no help either. I like to run through a game on Easy to get a feel for it before stepping it up. Honestly the 10,000 year war level of Halo 2 was easier to play on Legenary than this craptastic level is on Easy.
Easy difficulty in Compaign menu is described as for the beginner yet apparently someone forgot to read their own writing. This is the same problem I had with the original & hoped it would be fixed here and doesn’t look that way. Clearly this is something Bungie learned and fixed when they made Halo 2. It’s absofrickinlutely ridiculous that Easy is still a royal pain in the Bleep! Bloop! Yoink!
I agree. Always hated it when I run around the corner for a rocket weilding Flood to shoot, killing itself and most importantly me. I eventually find my way around it, charging when its supposed to be reloading.
It honestly isn’t that hard guys, the flood forms before you reach your final banshee just require you to target them first before anything else it’s easy because they focus on the covies before they see you, I passed two betrayals in a single run on heroic with no skulls on. As for the final battle between the flood and the covies just wait in your ghost until they spawn from the right of the map and wait about 20 seconds, then sit in their spawn, rocket the first wraith and snipe the remaining covenant forces, or just run like hell to the banshee before the hunters spawn.
