I will like this game no matter what. Ranks visible or not it will still be a good game. All I hope is this doesn’t lead to what Halo 3 was (not max rank you were apparently garbage automatically).
I still don’t see how a number make you work for something harder especially in a game, but whatever. Be happy players we now got the best of both worlds I guess.
I would also like to apologize to the “competitive” players as you have every right to our opinion as I do. I would like to say if you do not like the game then you don’t have to play it but you still have your right to complaints as anyone else. I will respect anyone’s opinion as long as they respect others as well.

I get it but it’s very stupid to assume you can please everyone.
I do know that I don’t want to be called garbage just because my rank is lower than someone or when I lose to someone of a lower rank I am garbage as well that is just limited.

It’s as simple as this, not having a skill based rank ONLY catered to one side of the player base. It didn’t even attempt to cater to anything but that side.
Rank/Social mix caters to both sides as best as it is possible. Both sides get what they want. Neither side is neglected or forced to play something they don’t want.
And if you really care that much about what others say, mute them…

it doesn’t just end inside the match. it also does not help I do no use a mic because I am mute so not only am I grabage I am poor garbage…even though in my profile it states I am mute I still get -Yoink-…ignoring never did anything because people still find way around it.
