a beta. A beta before release so that the community could give you feedback so you could have fixed the game before release.
Instead here we are almost 4 months after release and we are still waiting on a TU that won’t fix everything while the community continues to shrink every day.

A beta wont solve everything but it damn sure would help.

I think a beta last fall and then a spring release this year is what Halo 4 should have been. This game was released with so many obvious problems and such a lack of content its crazy.
It makes me wonder if 343 even tested the multiplayer out before they released it.

If you can’t understand why someone would complain about the decision to put bloom into the game then I’m not sure what one could expect you to understand.
The real improvement of Reach was that the netcode was loads better than H3’s. The interface was also a big improvement. Other than that its hard to see why anyone that was ever good at H3 would like it…

I never saw a problem with bloom. Then again, i’m not the sort of dude who goes around calling something random when it isn’t.
Reach also did some cool things with character customization, and invasion was a cool addition.

Ya we deserved that. If not a beta, then a quick fallow up TU know what I mean. On top of Halo4 feeling like a free for all of chaos, theres some stains on the series.
The community isn’t always right, developers can’t just do whatever we say. A beta might have given them more info and a better idea of what we wanted but if they just did what we said we’d be flying pelicans into walls and dual-weilding rocket launchers.
