Servers might be down at the moment. This has been happening to me all day as well.

The ordinary fix for the fireteam glitch is to hard reset your console, make sure you only have one profile signed in, and are not set to appear off line. If that fails to work there is a thread…here which is tracking server issues.

I have spent several minutes as a ghost before, able to wander around without being seen and without being able to do damage before…

We all have tried different things, restarting console, modem but it still was the same thing after 9 hours of warzone today I lagged out 6 times apparently because my fireteam has changed and why give me a loss if the enemy team has 200 points and we have 500 and lag out. Anyway the 2 lobbies I were in today had the same issues and have recently got more frequent disconnects, 6 for me today another guy got 8 pretty much everyone got disconnected twice. Which Is 80+ wins in a row without disconnects to bring the win % up .1 which I doubt will happen since how frequently we disconnect.

Four games in a row I got a lost connection and then I played one with no req access at all…

It seems too happen when anyone invites me to a fire team.

Restarting the console isn’t the same things as a hard reset. Try either pressing the button on the front and holding it down until it completely turns off and then restarting it or you could unplug it for a minute or two. And again…the thread I linked is to track this stuff. If the hard reset doesn’t work post there and provide as much info as possible.
This has only happened to me a couple times. Might be a connection issue on your end.

C’mon, that seems a bit… ridiculous.
It’s equivalent to, “our web-app only works from Windows, if you download this outdated plugin and make sure you are specifically using Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17593. In IE, add the website to the pop-up blocker exemption, and to Compatibility View Settings. Then edit your Windows registry to enable IE Enterprise mode. Also, the web-app only works at 100% zoom.”

Huh, never knew about not appearing offline and having only one profile signed in, thanks for the tips! I actually do those things quite frequently, which could explain why I get disconnected from games frequently.

I don’t, but those are the sort of things that should be fixed by the devs.

Which is true, 343 should be looking at and fixing the glitch (They may be already be working on it… we unfortunately have no way to know.) However, we do know that most of the time that works to fix the problem, so it is in the OP’s best interest to try it.

Every other person I played with was disconnecting.
This happened to me once. Exactly like you said. I literally unplugged my Xbox, modem, and router. I waited like 5 minutes. Plug in modem first and wait for it to finish initializing. Plug in router and wait again. Once totally up and running, plug in your box and fire it up. This tedious process solved my problem. Try it, and be patient.
