Now I don’t like to complain about Halo 5… Because it’s one of my favorite games ever and my favorite Halo. I like to stay optimistic.
BUT when you release an update that is Reach themed and don’t include the Falcon, but include a PHAETON variant, what do you expect? 343i I love you but you had one job! Bring back the Falcon DURING a Halo REACH update!
This is probably the only thing I’ve ever disliked about Halo 5! They call it a reach update but they actually just brought armor! Brute Plazma wasn’t in reach, you could never use Jorge’s turret in reach. It’s like let’s get a put the armor in, some emblems, and weapon skins and stamp Reach on it and hope they take it.
This is the first time I’ve ever really been disappointed with 343i. The Falcon would’ve brought nostalgia and ACTUAL memories to fans!
Im sorry for the rant, I’d like to clarify I don’t hate the game. I love Halo 5. I’m just upset and disappointed.
I wanted a Falcon, but I would have settled for a Forklift. But this, this is exactly what I expected from 343.

Again, Im not trying to hate on 343i. I’m just really mad that they threw away this opportunity! Now of course the falcon could come in Hog Wild but it will feel late and out of place. It’s whatever at this point. I still appreciate 343 and their work but honestly they need to try a bit more. I’ve always encouraged them but now, after all my support, I’m starting to loose faith.

Hahaha. I kinda liked halo 4 but after replaying it recently it lost its flare. I was young when I played it so I didn’t pay attention to certain important things. I still kinda like it. 343 just needs to learn

That’s what I’m saying! But since the next update is vehicle centered there’s a slight chance. If anything it should’ve been in MOR but whatever
The fact the bulk of this update is just weapon skins they some people already had makes it even worse. Like don’t get me wrong all the other additions to this update like infection, matchmaking preferences and a more detailed post game briefing is great but the req additions is just pathetic

I totally agree. All these skins have been available before. The shark tooth grin skins were in the GOM teaser! Why didn’t they drop with that update? They took half of this updates content and filled it with stuff we’ve seen before. And the rest of it is mythic armor that more ham half of the players won’t get.
