The Mangler does not need to be nerfed it will make it useless in campaign if anything the extra amount of ammo you can carry for weapons needs to be buffed and the amount of damage some weapons do needs to be buffed it took two or three rockets to kill a hunter in halo two or three in halo infinite takes 6 or 7 which is way too much
