You guys know DoubleXP codes are free, right?

I find it funny reading about all the people who bought 20 bags of doritos just for the double xp.

If you read what it says on the package it should say NO PURCHASE NECESSARY and then it will tell you to by writing in you can request codes and they will mail them to you.

Here are the official rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive one (1) free game piece and a copy of these Official Rules, while supplies last, send your name and complete address postmarked on or before January 16, 2013 to: DewXP Promotion, PO Box 760012, El Paso, TX 88576-0012. Limit one (1) free game piece request per hand-addressed stamped outer envelope. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced requests will be accepted. Sponsors assume no liability for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated or postage-due mail or requests.

And no I am not sending in a bunch of letters to get codes. I don’t even care about the double xp. I just thought I’d let the people who care about this sort of stuff know before they buy a bunch of doritos and mtn dew they don’t need.

> Limit one (1) free game piece request per hand-addressed stamped outer envelope.

uhh…

If you want more codes you can send more requests.

Just don’t do this dude…its a -Yoink- move. also sometimes they will leave a code in the bar that will only leave once the barcode has been scanned.

Are you going to mail 200 letters?

No. I don’t care about double xp. I’m just letting people know before they buy 100 bucks worth of doritos and mtn dew.

As opposed to buying 100 bucks worth of stamps - and then not even getting any food to show for it. Good plan

So they’re free…plus shipping and handling.

I don’t even understand why you would spend your hard earned money on stuff for the sole purpose of boosting XP gains… Just put some time in… as many people here that condemn anyone for wanting a visual ranking system they seem shockingly ok with boosting their meaningless rankings so they can look prettier before anyone else…(yes I know it unlocks other things to)

So from what I can tell the product is free but you have to pay to receive it.

It’s free, you just have to pay for it. - Approved by EA

'Merica.

It’s funny to seee some twitter feeds when proud americans say “finally have bought enough doritos for 200 matches” because it doesn’t surprise at all. We germans don’t need that crap. I wouldn’t buy it if I could get it. I’ll show them that I can faster progress than the double xp 'mericans. XD

I don’t disagree. I just live here. And you can’t blame the corporations for using this type of marketing strategy…it works. Sad but true.

But why wouldn’t you want Doritos and Mountain Dew Gamefuel?

I like how the OP assumes we all want the Mtn Dew and Doritos because of the DEXP. Sure, it’s definitely a contributing factor, but Mtn Dew has been my favorite soda for several years. I’m never out of it. Therefore, if I can kill two birds with one stone and get some DEXP for it, then hell yea I will.

So $90 in stamps alone, and then a couple hours of free time + gas to the post office (good luck sticking 200 envelopes in your mailbox). And hopefully nothing gets lost in the mail going both ways.

Or I can buy $1, 2-liter bottles that give 3 games/bottle.

67 bottles = $67, no tax

Protip: Buy things on sale
