Hey guys. I’ve seen a bit of negativity around the internet since Bungie’s last few updates (not neccessarily on the forums). Now that Bungie’s tenure with Halo is nearly at an end, some people think it’s the time to say “Hey Bungie eff u u ruined Haloz!” and “343 will b teh savourz of Halo Reach suxxorz”. Basically people are talking trash about Bungie.
The thing is, you don’t have to hate Bungie now that they’re done with Halo There’s no reason you can’t be excited for both Bungie and Halo games. Bingie are one of my favourite developers ever, and I can’t wait to see what they’re doing next. If you’re reading this, you’re a Halo fan and have enjoyed their games. So don’t throw ignorant comments at them because you’re annoyed about some feature not being fixed. These guys have given Halo fans an awesome experience over the past decade, and deserve some respect for it.
Good luck Bungie! <3
I like Bungie im really looking forward to their next universe.

I here their next game will be Pay2Play. If it is true I won’t be supporting them.

This is the first time i hear something like this about Bungies next game.

They ruined Halo by accident like a lot of developers ruin their games. Introducing loadouts and armour abilities and tampering with bloom and movement speed and jumping is what ruined it.

Halo isnt ruined by any means. Just because you dont like it doesnt mean its ruined for others. I myself enjoy reach. Now stay on subject.

Every one of their games have gotten progressively worse, and for 9 months they wouldn’t acknowledge some of the faults of Reach their fans have been complaining about since the game came out.
inb4reachisperfectandnothingshouldeverbechanged
but I am still looking forward to their next game, but more so halo 4.

A little too late buddy, And speak for yourself i love Halo 3 ODST, and Halo Reach. Not saying its perfect it would be dumb of anyone to say that. No game is perfect because there will always be a group of people that dont liek change. I.e people like you :p.

Actually, I have a conspiracy about the Accident part. I think they wanted to make Halo: Reach worse than Halo 3 so making a Better Halo game would be Easier for the start of a new trilogy, and so people would want Bungie to move onto a new series.
I feel the same way, though I do find it surprising that BUNGIE wasn’t more enthusiastic about seeing Halo’s next step at E3. I thought that they’d surely say a bit more about it than they did in their [(http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&link=bwu_061011)]Weekly Update 06.10.11]([http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&link=bwu_061011).
It’s like you said, people didn’t like the changes in Halo: Reach, thus why some might dub it a “failure” or “the worst game ever” and hate on Bungie. Thread and thread again, people wanted Halo: Reach to be more like Halo 3. Clearly it’s not and never will be.
But because they didn’t like Halo: Reach, the past 10 years of Bungie’s “cred” was turned into fickle backlash.
Depending on what sort of game Bungie has in store for us next, I might get it.
I’ll still look forward to the future of Halo and what 343i can and will bring to the franchise.

Yeah, I agree. But then again, it might be understandable that they aren’t too thrilled about “their baby” being hyped by “new parents”, so to speak. Still, I’m very grateful for what Bungie have accomplished over the last 10 or so years, and - unless it’s a MMORPG or pay2play game - I’m looking forwards to hearing about their new project(s).
Bungie have the “Infinity syndrom”,a lot of the main Bungie emplooyes renounced, and they’re on 343¡.
Just like what happend whit INfinity Ward,if they do a pay2play,FPS or MMORPG game,Bungie is going to die.

Read the 4th paragraph
The bulk of the folks who worked Halo from the beginning at Bungie are still at Bungie.
Less than 10 people left Bungie for 343.
I’m not sure I’d be willing to step too far into new territory, but I’m willing to give whatever new game that Bungie’s making a try.

Yeah, I agree. It’s definitely understandable, but perhaps slightly underwhelming nevertheless.
There’s a lot that I don’t like about Reach and I think that 343 will make a much better Halo game? Does that mean I hate Bungie or think that they can’t make a decent game? Of course not. I think they didn’t perform at their best for one game and I’m looking forward to see what they do next. If I like the next game, I’ll play it and buy the sequel (if there is one), if I don’t like it, I wont buy it. It’s as simple as that.
Bungie never ruined Halo, they made a game that they were proud of, and that many people loved!
I am looking forward to both 343i’s Halo games and Bungie’s next games!
To be honest, Bungie is an amazing developer and I think that 343 can’t compare to what they did. There games, support, community, and forums*cough will always be better in my opinion. Not to say 343 won’t do a good job.

Just because something is changed doesn’t mean it’s better…
