I’m not afraid to say it- I like his work so
far more than Marty’s. And Marty was AMAZING. But this… This is on another level. I think Halo 5 will have the best soundtrack so far from the tracks I’ve heard. Kazuma has achieved legendary status with me.

Right!? It’s like he knows what the fans loved, especially after the success off “117” and he’s expanding on it.
Every track seems to be special and has a goosebumping tone to them, normally you don’t get that from soundtracks, you might just find 3-4 tracks that are standing out from the rest of the score.
Halo 5’s soundtrack is thus far the best in the series. So much fan service and homage paid to Marty’s work, and tons of incredible new stuff in there…just wow.

I agree man… It’s absolutely beautiful.
Yeah this sound track from what I’ve listened to is shaping up to be the best in the series. Which is no small feat considering martys work. Dare I say halo 5 guardians may have the best video game soundtrack ever.

I knew Kazuma would be a great fit for this series once I heard “117” and then “Lasky’s Theme”. But I didn’t expect him to completely rock my soul the way he did with “The Trials” and “Blue Team”. 343, whatever you do, GET THIS MAN BACK FOR HALO 6!
The guy is amazing, I knew I’d like his stuff but I didn’t know it would actually make me… feel.

I am most definitely certain that he will implement it perfectly. I’m sure because of two reasons:

Halo 4 Prologue: “Sacrifice” was a perfect fit for that, I believe it was Jinnouchi who was behind that track if I’m correct.

Well he knows because we’ve been crying to 343 about classic original music ever since H4. It would be stupid not to listen to us, because Halo can be identified by its music alone.

I don’t think you’ll find many people who would disagree with you, LatestBorn2Kill. Kazuma is amazing at bringing his own style to Halo 5’s soundtrack while maintaining that Halo feel ™.
This is really shaping up to be a contender for best music in the series. It’s just so good. Marty would be proud!
