You can purchase REQ for $1.99 or $2.99

(link right here). So are you going to Purchase the $1.99 or the $2.99? I want to here your opinions. Let not turn things hostile or accuse 343 for making you purchase the REQ pack because you can still get them in-game by playing, Rank-up or etc.

Edit: and please explain why. -.-

I won’t be buying any REQs.

Any reasons?

I’ll buy a few, if only to support the free maps and the championship thing they’ve got going on, but not right away. I want to earn some through regular gameplay first.
Might get more down the line just because, who knows. Future’s impossible to predict.

I get free money deposited into my MS wallet weekly anyways, so it’s not like it will actually cost me anything. I’ll pick up a few just to see what’s what.

I have the Req Bundle from the LE so I do see myself buying any any time soon.

But I can see people buying them as a shortcut to getting the permanent unlocks.

I’d mostly likely buy them just near the end of my completion of the armory.
I play MMO’s a lot so i’m used to grinding things out, but i’m ALSO used to shelling out cash in small doses every now and again for cool dosh. I imagine the hardest stuff to get will be the stuff I get last, and considering my current schedule, it might be pretty late in Halo 5’s lifetime before I get all the legendary stuff I want, so i’ll likely just buy 'em.

Also, $1.99 and $2.99 sound like reasonable prices.
Unlike the complete and total B-to the-S Call od Dute Advanced Warfare and Blops 3 are trying to pull.
$10 for a -Yoinking!- supply drop to MAYBE get a weapon stronger than everyone elses? Nah, -Yoink- that pay-to-win RNG grabage.

Honestly, I think Halo 5’s REQ system is probably the most non-intrusive microtransaction system i’ve ever seen in a video game to date.

Same reason I have a stock Xbox one with a stock controller. I don’t pay extra for shiny things that don’t have uses.

I won’t buy any REQs, as you will get them by playing the game anyway so why buy them.

You gotta let us in on your Bing witchcraft. I’d do a few searches a day if it meant paying for the next year of XBL.

If i get it from microsoft I think I get a 10$ bonus so I might use that on the reqs. But do I get the 10$ from a physical microsoft store purchase or also from the digital pre order?

I won’t buy them due to I’ll be earning so many through gameplay. But also be around 4ish$ CDN so yeah no thanks.

I’m willing to support the franchise knowing maps are for everyone across the board is great  I dont know at this point if I will ever purchase any but if you only purchase the standard ed. Throw at least $2.00 to the greater Halo good

After all the hate I had for these I’ll probably drink too much one night and buy a bunch. Just to try and get the rarest assassination so I’ll be the first guy that uses it on people in Arena. I know you can turn it off, but I know there are some people that will get really thrown off their game if you do a really long assassination on them.

Dont forget the 24.99 one that gives you a better chance to get rare stuff.

I might buy one. I’m a sucker for happy endings.

I rather buy Noble Team Armor pack for $5.00

  • UK PRICES ESTIMATED *
1.30 British Pound for Silver Req Pack
1.95 British Pound for Gold Req Pack
  • EURO PRICES ESTIMATED *
1.75 Euro For Silver Req Pack
2.63 Euro For Gold Req Pack

I’ll likely buy a few around each DLC release to support them.
